Ramada Limited Disneyland Area    

Hotel was right off the main street to Disneyland/Adventure land. Enjoy Anaheim - I visit California quite frequently. The Hotel was just not to my expectations this time.

Door to restroom was broken, would jam when trying to open, and would not lock. Staff was not very polite..

The room was clean and the bed was comfy .

The air conditioner or fan did not work .

Hair in tub and not enough towels for 3 of us.

It was nice that we could wake up & have a cup of coffee right there in the room before we started our day. the room layout was very convenient & practical, a practical use of the space, good design. It was also nice to have a breakfast before starting out on a long day at the amusement parks.

Sorry but we did not like the beds at all...way too hard for our old backs. We needed something more comfortable, maybe a 2 1/2" memory foam topper...they sell them at Costco, unless of course they are available already but we were not aware. It would have been nice to have a larger selection of movies for us who are night owls & have nothing better to do than watch late-night movies.

The staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. They went out of their way to make sure we had things like clean towels, after spending time in the pool/jacuzzi.

The carpet definitely needs to be replaced! The continental breakfast could use some additions like yogurt, and other fruits besides just bananas.

Short 10 minute drive from Disneyland. Wasn't anything fancy, good enough place to sleep and shower. They provide breakfast at no additional cost.

The rooms where really dirty, even do I asked the manager to clean them up right away, he told me to wait until next day, there was some hair and dirt in the bed and the pillows, really noisy place, and the neighborhood is really bad ! Not recommended at all !

The 2 pm check in time...had to wait around for 2 hours...but they did allow us to swim while we waited which was a plus.

Breakfast options. It was good, but for 6 days I was hoping for more variances. But I shouldn't complain much it was great

The room was smelly. It was very unpleasant to stay inside. We were told that there was no other room available to change, so had to stay. Never again.

The staff was friendly and easy check in.

I had requested to not have the room serviced but housekeeping still came in. I think there is a disconnect from office to attendants and that was frustrating.

Not enough towels and the microwave was missing we could not heat up our dinner

It was easy to hear people in other rooms. When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that was clearly NOT ready. The room was a mess with towels, water bottles and sheets all over the place. They moved us to another room, but it was a little hectic dragging our kids back and forth.

internet didnt work, TV didnt work first night, neighbourhood has a lot of rough low end motels in the area

The price was great. Beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location, close to Disneyland & Knotts.

Worst experience ever! We pulled in at 11:30 pm after a long day at Disneyland. There was a police car In the drive way. The police man was talking to a guest about an incident that had occurred the night before. We walked into the office and the clerk started apologizing and telling us that nothing bad ever happens there. We were given room 212. By the way, this is not a hotel. It is a motel. Back through the dark parking lot to get our luggage and find our room. Very unsettling feeling. We walked into our room and the lights were on. Seemed strange, but we put our stuff down and began to settle in. Them we noticed chip crumbs on the bed and am empty chip bag in the trash. I called the desk and he told us we needed to go back to the office right away When we got down there, with all our stuff again, we found that the office was locked. Actually the doors were chained together. Hmmm hadn't he just told us that nothing ever happens there? So now we are talking to him through a little opening, sort of like a bank teller. So he blames the maid and gives us room 112. Directly under the original room that he had given us. How can I be sure? Well, it is a motel, I can see it! So the rooms smell musty, sheets were stained, felt like the needs had been made without bothering to change the sheets. Under the desk had not been vacuumed In a long time. When showering half of the water comes out the bottom so there is no water pressure. This is not a 3 star motel. It is 1 star at best. We were in our room for about 20 minutes when we heard the people above us enter their room. Remember room 212? We heard them several times during the night and in the morning. The walls are paper thin. The doors are light weight and not spring loaded, so when our neighbors left at 5 am the threw the door open which crashed into the wall next to our door and sounded like someone had come through it.

We left within 1 hour. There were bugs! I would rather lose $450 dollars then stay there

The staff was nice.

The blanket on my son's bed had a huge, ugly stain on it. The staff replaced it when notified.

Couldn't get access to our rooms the night a guest in another room tried to committ suicide,

Ramada extra charge me one room on my account and I waiting to refund my money. Please help me!!

Tub/shower did not drain.

It was very clean.

I asked for a room o the second floor but next time I know to also ask that the room does not have a door connecting to the room next door. At 4am the room next door became occupy and they retry opening the connecting door. That scare me and my kids.

those peaples are friendly,hotel near of the beach and disney.

I only have a week every year for going to anaheim again sorry.

We stayed for 3 nights very enjoyable! The breakfast was always replenished. Great location friendly staff!
