There was nothing to like about this place. If I had not been too tired we would have gone somewhere else.
First , I asked for two queen beds and she gave me a king. She offered a roll out bed in which I reluctantly accepted. There were roaches and the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke.
I liked the location of the hotel and the free shuttle to and from the airport.
The internet connection was very slow.
Nothing. The staff was rather rude.
Everything. The staff was rude as hck
I liked the courtesy and help of the reception and Bar & snaks outlet.
I will be your regular Guest every alternate month. Hence please request confirmation of pick-up when I confirm my booking. I waited at the exit of the airport for over 45 mins, and finally I took a cab..
Bathroom was small.
Beautiful clean Pool area. Nice Breakfast.comfortable Bed
Customer service from front desk staff. Mislead about room when asked to accommodate staff was very rude. Only one place to charge electronics.
Clean, front desk was very nice and accomadating. I would return to visit
All was good, but it smell sour and mildew. may have been sewer issue
The hotel itself had a lot of potential, possessing a solid basis which wasn't capitalised on.
Firstly, there are 2 airport Ramadas around George Bush, however only one hotel has the facility to be contacted free of charge from the airport. Sadly the JFK boulevard branch doesn't so be prepared to spend a fortune using your own mobile in order to arrange a shuttle. The customer service was extremely poor; not only was the receptionist rude, she refused to send the shuttle to pick up one of my party from the airport for 2 1/2 hours due to being "too busy". Too busy involved speaking to her friends on the phone. In the meantime, she also didn't allow us to check in as we weren't a complete group! The swimming pool area should have been very pleasant; sadly the water was bayou green with all manner of detritus floating in it. The breakfast we received was of a good standard, however as there was no attendant to oversee it the food had promptly run out by 08:30. I had the impression that whilst the hotel had a lot of potential in regard to infrastructure, it was so poorly mismanaged that it certainly was not worth the $120 we paid for the pleasure of staying.
Excellent and convenient. Very close to airport.
Could not find reservation. Basically blamed me for problems. Rude staff. Did not clean room daily. Out of towels daily. Slow internet.
Staffs at Front Desk are extremely rude and unhelpful. I stayed in Room 244. The room is shabby and smells moldy. The carpet is filthy. The only clean part is the bathtub. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
Closeness to the airport. Quick and efficient check in. Cleanness of the facilities. Availability of shuttle services to the airport.
A little bet pricey. Wi-Fi service is not strong or easy to use/ inconvenient
Staff was great! Friendly and was greeted at the door! Staff gets a 10!
Other than the good staff nothing else was good! Hotel leaked, carpet was dirty, lights needed to be replaced, holes in walls, paint needed in certain areas, Parking lot to small and holes lot holes everywhere.
I did not like anything about this hotel
It was dirty, the staff was rude, there was a group of guys in baggy clothes just hanging out in the parking lot, smoking & loitering...
The location was convenient.
Nearly all the staff were rude and acted like they didn't care one bit about the guests. The lobby is apparently some sort of bar that trashy locals like to hang out in. They're loud, obnoxious, and drunk. The rooms are worn out and pretty gross. The kind of place you wonder whether you should be worried about bed bugs or not. All of that for over $100 a night just for the convenience of being close to the airport and driven by a shuttle driver who's eating and texting on his phone while driving you 20 mph over the speed limit.
Staff reasonably friendly, although not particularly helpful.
Cockroaches in room. Sheets had stains. Wifi reception in rooms so poor it could not be used: Worked fine in the front lobby though.
The bed was amazing. Great getaway!
Could not stay longer
Very close to the airport.
Although our room was smoke-free and smelled fine, the hallway outside our room smelled strongly of smoke. Slightly bothersome, considering my wife is allergic.
clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, free shuttle and wi-fi (I left too early to have breakfast). good location, reasonable price.
if you don't have a car, the only place to eat in walking distance is pretty terrible 'southern-style' restaurant
staff less than friendly
The fridge in the room was nice. I liked that a café is nearby, next to the parking lot.
It was close to he airport, clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was silent. There was no noise.
The staff does not care about you and they show it. I am talking about the people on the night of july13th, 2014. The impression they gave me is that the shuttle service in unreliable, so, I decided to hold to my rental car until the next day. Which was not my original plan. When I asked the shuttle driver where could he pick me up after I dropped off my rental car, he told me that if I tipped him, he would follow me to the central car rental facility and take me back to the hotel. When I asked the lady which appeared to be the person in charge, about the times that the shuttle runs and how long would it take me to get to the airport, she raised her voice and told me "I am not going to let you put me on the spot. I do not know if it will take 10, 20 or 30 minutes to get to the airport". This was an older African American lady. There was a younger white lady who seemed to care about her job and was more helpful. Also, I did not get my wakeup call. Thank God I always use my cell phone as a backup for these calls. It is not what they said to me, but, the tone and the choice of words they used.
