The hotel basically worked. I liked the happy hour deal and the breakfast proposition wasn't all that bad.

Location offers very little within walking distance.

I liked that the hotel was near to the airport, and the Ramada is a very good hotal to stay at... I was very happy with the end result..

After 1pm no shuttle service. I had to take a taxi for $20. The driver told me the hotel would reimburse me but they did not.

I left my credit card there and on my return trip from Honduras the hotel sent the card to the airport and met me there. The staff was very helpful.

The only problem is there are two Ramadas by the airport, and the writing is very small on the vehicles. We got on the wrong vehicle not knowing there were two Ramadas

Free airport shuttle, breakfast, and convenience to airport. Staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Close to Airport,

No restaurant, the lobby and seating area were not friendly to sit and relax. The lobby area and breakfast area was very small.

For one night stay while in transit it was great.

I waited at the airport for 1 hour before I realized I had to call to get a shuttle pickup. We need to be told that the shuttle only comes when called.

No shuttle when flight is late or delayed. Staff do not try to understand reason for late check in of paasenger and stick to rule. Probably hotel staff should be educated reason for having hotel near airport and what is the reason for providing shuttle facilities and why hotel guest take advantage of shuttle. They do not understand what passengers go thru when flight is delayed and cancelled ( not realising that passengers sometime are kept sitting / waiting in the plane for hours because of snags ). No proper direction from where to take shuttle. Sorry but the experience was not very good with Ramada - Houston.

Only the fact on the 2nd October no cooked breakfast. Also would have liked a safety deposit box.

The breakfast area was untidy. The bins were overflowing and were not emptied enough. This was consistent on every morning of the 3 night stay

The price was good, close to the airport, free wifi and breakfast was nice.

The grounds needed maintains.

Despite an agreement with the previous shift receptionist to allow me to stay in the room until 1100, the receptionist continually rang my room and the cleaner knocked on my door to get me out early so they could clean the room. More concerning was the fact that the fire escape doors on the 3rd floor were either locked or very difficult to open. Guests trying to evacuate the hotel in the event of a fire would have struggled to get out. If you do one thing please investigate the issue with the fire escape doors.
