shower was falling apart and plugged up. heat was old and didn't work. didnt meet the standards of any hotel chance let alone Ramada
To provide kettle for hot water in the room.
The motel was in a good location and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
The beds were comfortable and the towels were big and thick.
The parking was tight and one night I had to park on the street.
Calm and quiet breakfast was good
second floor and heavy luggage dont mix well... very small breakfast room
I requested the Indian lady (she's from India..Patel) to make a page for photocopy..she said its $1 a page...I said I am paying $540.00+ here and you are going to charge me for photo copy? I stayed at different Indian own hotel..less than $60 a night..they do not charge for making copies...she's not nice n unpleasant to talk to.....breakfast is normal..not too great..for this kind of money..I will never come back to Ramada ltd... We parked on d street..not enough space
Location on main street (Munras) Price Cleanliness Fireplace
Watch out for Room 109. It's behind the stairs, very dark, noisy (next to ice machine and stairs) Not enough parking
Location and the accomodating staff.
The only thing that bothered me was that step up to the room. I think it can be dangerous especially when coming in to the room at night.
Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Didn't have the breakfast.
It wasn't really close to many restaurants.
The location is good. The room was acceptable.
Proximity to Fair Grounds. There was an car show that weekend and it was very noisy, loud music mostly.
Close to downtown and the wharf Quiet Easy to find Bathroom was very clean
Hard mattress Property and room needs refurbishing Small office/breakfast area Pricey but similar to others
Nothing special expected for a one-night stay and nithing special provided.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for us and our young children. Microwave and refrigerator was important. Person at the front desk was nice. And it was only a few short minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Great location and value for our money.
The only thing bad about this place was it was a bit noisy at night. But it was right off a Main Street so it was to be expected. We were still able to sleep so it was no real problem to us.
If your looking for something fancy, look elsewhere. Location is great for hwy access and close enough to the wharf, and the room had a wood fireplace with a quick burn log inside( matches included)
Now for the bads, the piping is noisy, the floor and the tub where squeeky. The Continental breakfast was cereal, begals, toast, and small pieces of muffins.
Breakfast was good Nice location, walking distance to shopping area and also the wharf is accessible by foot. Good Wi-Fi connection in the spacious room.
Rather expensive but that's Monterey as well.
Location and internet
Noisy room and expensive. No value for money. Breakfast area inexistent and breakfast very poor
Customer service was great!!
The manager and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. We have no complaints about our room. If we ever come back to the Monterey peninsula I'm sure we'll consider this hotel first.
I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
Room was warn and very dated. The front desk person wasn't very knowledgable and there wasn't a ice maker on property, but there was an ice bucket in the room. We will never return, didn't expect this from Ramada.
Bed was comfortable and pillow was good. Liked the location. We could walk a few blocks and find nice places for breakfast.
Shower head needs replacing. Just overall feel was that it was old and needed upgrading. Price was too high. But, it was the 4th of July weekend so I understand prices are higher. We usually stay in Carmel but the prices forced us to stay in Monterey.
Liked the clean and comfortable room. Close to all that we needed.
All was good.
Upstairs footsteps overly loud, noise from others bathrooms annoying.
Room clean and adequate in size, a surprise from outside appearance. Continental breakfast adequate, Though not close to Cannery Row it is an easy drive.
Exterior in need of paint and shrubbery needs to be spruced up. No room in lobby to move (need to take continental breakfast to room to eat).
