We liked that we were right downtown, San Francisco is a great city

The hotel room was not cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging in our shower when we arrived that was from soneone's previous stay. The sheets were definitely not changed for us. We did not complain, but we will not stay there again, and it should not have the Ramada name.

I stayed 3 nights at the Ramada San Francisco, each night there was much noise , banging of doors and talking in the courtyard. I called the office and asked if they were running a whore house. The clerk responded with I will be there in 2 minutes. He took care of the problem, it was much quieter after that. The staff was pleasant, but in my opinion they do not take care of business. The rooms were not totally cleaned and restocked. The one thing nice is that the rooms are away from the street. This could be a very nice facility with a little care. I will never stay there again.

Muito velho feio, a entrada e separada da recepcao do hotel. Facil acesso para pessoas estranhas pondo em risco a seguranca dos hospedes. Escolhemos o ramada por ter estacionamento e eis que não tem vaga suficiente para todos os hospedes. Existem apenas 14 vagas de garagem. Se chegar e tiver vaga tudo bem se não deve deixar na rua sujeito,a levar uma multa.

WiIFIの電波がPOOR過ぎて部屋まで入ってこなかった。

Achei boa a localização. Cafe da manha bom. Pessoal da recepção atenciosos. Fiquei no segundo andar então não tinha barulho, provavelmente quem fica no primeiro andar terá barulho de gente andando.

Só tem escada, pra subir e descer com as malas muito ruim. A cortina do banheiro Tinha mofo.

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

It was very noisy with traffic and other guests. Smoking occurred outside the rooms which led to the smell seeping inside. Parking was on first come first served basis which want clear on the website. There were very few spaces!

There was nothing to like about this Ramada. It is a squalid, out dated and poorly managed motor lodge. The rooms were poorly cleaned.The rugs are filthy. It was overpriced for the condition it was in.

I pulled the manager aside and asked her to come to the room. I did not insult or embarrass her in front of anyone else. I just wanted her to point out some things to her. After I complained , she graciously moved us into a larger upgraded suite. She did say that she would do a deep cleaning of the room.

When we arrived guests were in the lobby complaining about a dirty room that they just checked into. Our room was pretty dirty as well. Sheets had 3-4 holes (like from being worn out). There were two top sheets used instead of a bottom and top. The blanket was ripped. Although, the pillows had what appeared to be clean pillow cases on them, when I pulled back the pillow case the pillow itself was pretty soiled/old. Yuck. There was a large spill mark/spot on the wall where someone had spilled a drink. When I pulled the night stand forward where the spill mark appeared to run down the wall the baseboards were covered in old thick dust. It was a very disappointing experience. I am glad that I did not book two nights.

For the price, the location is good. Can catch buses just outside the hotel.

Frankly I did not like the place and I dont think I will use your services again. The score was not as was posted in your site and I will not recomend to any one. It was very, very poor !!!!!!!!!!!!!
