Balcony view with open access.
Breakfast was perfunctory.
I guess i liked how kind of close it was to galleria other than that NOTHING not worth as much as it charges probably why it has no business
Horrible breakfast (stale) nobody else stayed at this hotel BATHROOM WAS SO SMALL while sitting on the toilet you could open the door hit your knees Glass elevator did not work ceiling fan small balcony horrible smell
Was handed a bag of ant killer upon arrival
The price was great. The bed was decently comfortable. Nice size room.
Furniture was stained. Smell in the elevator was nauseating as well as in the hallway. The next morning there was a huge leak at the check out desk. Wifi couldn't load any social media. Night staff person was very rude.
The attitude of the woman who claim to be the manager was too poor. she has no manner of approach.
I asked for smoking room didn't get it. No cups in room or coffee. Breakfast was old and outdated. Coffee downstairs had hugs in it
It was the only thing available. I can see why.
This hotel should come with some sort of "last resort" warning sign... Scary lobby, room smelled of urine and mold.
The location and the spaciousness of the room
House keeping for both inside and outside hotel is very poor, breakfast was poor, poor customer relationship service
Staff very nice. Hotel was quite no disturbing noise from other guests. Price was reasonable
Windows of elevator not cleaned. Second elevator walls not well repaired Not enough TV channels and pay for movies No bar at the hotel
The location to Medical Centers was excellent, as we were there for Medical reasons.
After making arrangements with front desk about our reason being there and possible extended stay, they still charged because we were late in checking out.
The location was very good
The wii fii connection was awful over all the room was nice could use new carpeting looks like that one was years old.
Everything was horrible. The room was disgusting. I want my money back!!! You couldn't pay me to stay at this place.
We (my family) didn't care for this hotel. Dirty bathroom. .(pubic hair in shower.) Unfriendly staff. Nothing like pictures on Web site. Breakfast was joke. Nothing out. Plus we was bugs on counters. We didn't eat. Just an uncomfortable stay.
The place looks abandoned. Bed has bed bugs roaches in the room never again
Found old food in refrigerator switched rooms in second room had dirty cups with lip stick on it left. I got my money back. Never stay there
It´s like any other mayor US chain hotel, beds are OK, flat screen TV, Bathroom same as Marriot or Hilton, even the toilets are exactly the same as any mayor hotel chain in the US. So in that respect nothing is wrong with it.
It´s run down, end of life it seems if they do not give it a major overhaul. Continental breakfast is basically nothing but for some coffee and a donut. Wifi a mess in the room, had to go to the lbby for a decent connection. My biggest problem with the hotel was the noise from the adjacent US69.
I enjoyed my stay there. Everything was wonderful. I enjoy the view from my room the most.
Lights didn't work in the room. Shower curtain full of mildew. Outlets didn't work couldn't charge phone.
The old worn out building with a sign on top that had half of the lights out. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived and no lights were seen to on in the entire 7 story building. Only saw one person at the front desk when we checked in. Went to room. Halls were dark and rugs looked worn. Our room was dark and had only one red lamp which worked. Moved to our 2nd room and 2 out of the 3 lights worked. Checked with the front desk to see if we could get a bulb for the non-working light. None available. It was too late to leave so unpacked. Discovered only one plug in room to use for computer and charging phone, ipad ect. Furniture was old, bulky and very uncomfortable. Set A/C to blow cool air and went to bed. In the middle of the night room got hot and A/C was just blowing out warm air. Opened door to get cooler air in room and hwy noise was very loud and kept me awake most of the remaining night. After morning shower discovered the towels to be so thin you could see through them. Only 2 small towels for 2 adults. The most interesting item on the continental breakfast was a hard boiled egg. I would think that this hotel would be an embarrassment to the Ramada organization.
There is nothing to like about this hotel
Very Old hotel with very basic facilities, the only reason I booked it due to unavailability of hotels in the area. There are much better options at the price they charge.
Location Staff friendly
Smelled dirty Looked dirty Towels worn Beds worn Beer bottles on patio Bedspread dirty Baseboard rotted out with holes
not clean and very far from downtown
