The cost,location.

That the door was wide open by the pool where outsiders could just come in the facility, where was really happening while my kids & I were sitting at the pool.

This was a very affordable hotel and it was comfortable, far better than i thought it would be. very worth it

Not much

Breakfast consisted of cereal, some bread, watered down juice, waffle maker. Very sad plus when you walked past the elevator the smell of the fish tank eliminated your desire to eat. Beds were very uncomfortable and twice in a four night stay our room was not cleaned nor were towels replaced.

Staff is nice.

This hotel is more like a rundown Super8 than Ramada. Rooms smelly and worn out.

The people were nice and it was close to all of my appointments..

The room was not clean, the iron didn't work, and the television reception was lousy.

the breakfast is simple

The room was very comfortable & was an excellent value. I appreciated the fridge in-room & access to a microwave out in the lobby. The hotel was a bit shabby, but it was clean, safe & comfortable. Very convenient to both Plano & to Dallas.

Accommodations were excellent, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I liked was were it was located.

It was ran down and old. My room had roaches and the continental breakfast was simply unwrapped donuts. The beverage machines weren't stocked so they used pitchers instead of you being able dispense your own into your cup from a machine. They didn't even have fresh coffee. After finding roaches in my room,even if the breakfast had been decent I wouldn't have eaten it. I wasn't refunded any money. I would not recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, reasonable prices, close to Hwy 75, friendly front desk

Little hard to find

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were horrible. Old fashion air conditioner that kept freezing up. Very small. Stayed at the one in colorado and was much more pleased.

Friendly staff, good location with little traffic noise. Ran into some very strange guests but all around a good place to stay overnight.

Breakfast needs lots of improvement. Needs a variety of fruit & not just hard apples! Coffee ran out early and wasn't replenished.

It was close to where our conference was held. Close to restaurants, also.

We had a large group -9 rooms. The staff had trouble getting the right rooms for us. Several of the rooms were to have been two double beds, but they were only one double bed. It took several tries for the staff to get all our rooms correct.

It was a dump. Homeless men hanging around that I believe to be staying there. The room was supposed to be Non-Smoking, but as soon as I opened the door, I could tell that people had smoked before (recently). The room was at the end of a hallway on the first floor adjacent to and exterior door popped open by a trash can...very classy. I didn't feel this was a safe environment for my family so we ate the cost and moved on. This was the 2nd hotel I've booked through booking.com that was a haven for the homeless. I will NOT use this site again. Stay away!!!
