    Everytime The Cleaning Lady Cleaned Our Room It Would Deactivate Our Card And We Couldn't Get Back In Our Room!!! This Happened Everyday That Where There! Also The First Day We Checked In, The Cleaning Lady Knocked On Our Door And Said We Haven't Paid Yet So We Had To Go Up To The office!!! Poor Communication! She Barely Understood English So When I Kept Telling Her I Did She Wouldn't Take It And Told Me To Go Pay!!!! I Was So Angry!!! Then The Day We Were Checking Out Our Door Locked On Us And We Couldn't Get Back In To Get The Rest Of Our Stuff!!! Got The Owner And He Couldn't Even Open It!!! Said Something Was Wrong With The Door, Then He Decided To Open The Door By Sliding His Card Through The Cracked Between The Door And Boom!!!! It Opened!!! If It Was That Easy To Open It, We Possibly Could Of Got Broken Into And Steal All Of Our Stuff!!!! Hated This Hotel And The Service!!! Would Not Recommend It To Anyone!!!!!

    Location was close to downtown

    There was roaches and the ac did not have any nobs to adjust the temp. There were holes in the showers and the rooms were half painted. They gave two towels for four people and two pillows. The phones only worked if you were calling the front desk not room to room. Blow dryer had hair in it. The keys barely worked and you almost had to break the door down to enter the room.

    Staff was nice. Told us were to go see things.

    First there was water in front of our door from the ice machine all the days we stayed there. The pool look clean the day we got there but the last day it look nasty like they weren't cleaning it. It look like it was getting filtered. Our towel rack was just hanging on the wall. They didn't fix it properly. The breakfast area want big enought.

    Location

    Nothing pool ph level unsafe room 226 door hard to close pillows stained, dirty shower, handle broken, shower didnt work properly, coffee maker broken. 216 room dirty pillows and bedding sheets, electrical wire to lamp exposed to children major hazard. Iron wire cut 204 room door handle broke off when i closed the door, no appliances, pillows stained, parking lot full of trash and a collection of old cabinets this place needs to get inspected by the city. Breakfast wasn't the best we found dead roaches on the floor and counter top. This place gives Howard Johnson a bad name.

    The staff tried to fix the many issues our room had.

    When we arrived two hours after check in time our rooms were not ready so they switched our room to a room that had a broken air conditioner. They then moved us a third time to a room with no towels and a broken fridge. The room had bugs in it and all the sheets and towels were stained. Our sink leaked everywhere and the cold water wouldn't turn off. The pool was also bad due to the fact that the chemicals were thick and the temperature was like bath water.

    I had no working phone, the toilet had to be flushed several times just to get paper down, the towels were so thin that I was still wet after toweling, the remote control did not work, but, most of all were the roaches in my room. They tried to fix all the issues but, had no success with getting rid of the roaches. I was totally surprised that this was a Wyndham hotel.

    The room itself was nice.

    The staff was fairly rude. We booked this hotel only due to the swimming pool and the fitness room. Only as we arrived to find out that the pool was small and there was no way to spent more time in it as the area around it was small. The fitness room was closed the entire time during our stay. As we asked about it from the staff the answer was "good luck with that one"

    The air conditioner worked and it was very cheap. And it had a pretty sick pool.

    Everything was dirty and we were too scared to actually swim in the pool. "abandon all hope ye who enter here"

    When we left the place.

    1- Staff is totally dis-organized, no verbal communications, no coordination. 2- We found dirty needles- used syringes in the room. 3- Room Electronic lock would not work the first night, so we couldn't go out for dinner that first night. 4-The room was a real mess, dirty, dirty sinks, dirty toilet, mosquitos and roaches inside the room. 5- Going down the stairs, the guy who lives there is selling drugs and there is a lot of traffic going by that unit. 6- When we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our room, not we reserved. 7- Common areas are very dirty and un-sanitary.

    TV was missing. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Weird stains on wall in bathroom. Microwave didn't work. Refrigerator made loud bumping noise all night. Took forever to check in because two groups of people who had made reservations through another site were told that the hotel had been overbooked. Bugs everywhere in the lobby which made my stomach turn when they mentioned coming back for free breakfast. We would never stay there again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

    I liked the price and the staff was able to get me checked in early.

    The cleaning staff left behind the last person's soaps in the shower so it wasn't cleaned. There were a lot of rowdy guests that weren't controlled in the middle of the night. The room also lacked toilet paper and a hair dryer-two things you expect in a hotel room. I've stayed at better hotels for similar pricing.

    Friday afternoon staff very helpful. Large room. Good location.

    Disappointing breakfast, dirty facility. Saturday staff was rude. Very dirty bathroom, stopped drains. Maid didnot clean my room on Saturday or replenish towels or coffee. Very poor maintenance. Poor pre-booking information.

    wifi was terrible. had to ask for supplies, cleaning ladies did not even come once to clean room or bring clean towels, had problems obtaining a microwave and fridge

    Location

    The room did not have the amenities that were supposed to be in the room. The was no refrigerator, there was no microwave. That's just the start. The front of our door had constant water standing in front of it from where the pool pump must have been leaking, and we had to jump over it every time going into the room. I imagine with this standing water, this is what brought the bugs into our room. We killed numerous beetles, mosquitoes, nats, and cock roaches. Over all, Im glad we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, or I would have had to have gone home. I do plan to write Howard Johnsons themselves and let them know of my experience.

    Location was close to everything we wanted to do.

    For starters. There were 4 lamps in the room, only 1 had a bulb. We went and asked for bulbs and it was a huge deal! Someone had to come"install" them.... Guess we weren't experienced enough. We didn't have an ice bucket. We asked everyday and never got one. We stayed 3 Nights, every day we had to ask for towels! The 2nd day the room wasn't cleaned but they did take our towels. They didn't bother to replace them but took the dirty ones.We had ordered pizza the night before and the 2 large boxes weren't even taken out, nor was any of the trash. On our last night we stopped by the hotel to change clothes. On the way to our room we saw 2 maids in a room. One was stripping one of the 2 beds, the other was laying on the other bed smoking !!! When we walked by the 2nd time she nearly put her cigarette out on my daughter !! We will never stay here again!
