No working shower, water cold, broken sink faucet, towel rod fixtures badly installed, sheets old, room smelled of cigarette smoke, (non-smoking room) breakfast just cheap and nasty, cold coffee. Yuk, Yuk,

The carpet was so dirty that after walking on it for the evening I had to wash my feet before bed, they were black. Air conditioner did not work properly, the tile and grout in bathroom on floor was dirty.

Staff, inparticluar, the afternoon manager. He was very accommodating, personable, and friendly. He could be a poster guy for your coperation. We will stay at your facility in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanlyness of the rooms ad the entire facility considering how close it is to the airport

Exceeded my expectations.

Location is excellent.

Breakfast is as bad as everyone says.

It is really near to the airport, 6 minutes with the car.

In our opinion the hotel is too expensive for what you get. The whirlpool doesn't work really good and the fitness room is a kind of a joke. The worst thing was that we couldn't take a shower in the morning because it was so rosty that you couldn't switch from very very hot to warm. We was very angry about it because it happend at 3am in the morning and we had to catch our flight. The employee was sorry about it and gave us another roomkey so that we could take a shower there. For you: try the shower in the evening before the day! :)

Breakfast was awful, tasteless O J,, bad coffee, frozen croissants. Staff smoking in the parking. Rather expensive.

no one watching the free breakfast area, it was a bit dirty from the rude people who don't know how to act in a group setting.

It was close to sfo airport.

Hallways are tile and very noisy when luggage is wheeled out. Coffee ran out during the continental breakfast and there was no employees to be found to correct the situation. Room had a bad smell, as did the a/c unit. Room was run down and not worth the $134 per night with taxes!

The receptionist said she would give us a wakeup call to catch the shuttle for the airport. She didn't.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was quite nice with everything you need, including a safe and a frig.

I had a bit of trouble finding the room as the floor was a series of mazes, not a straight-forward rectangle. My biggest complaint was breakfast. I understand it's advertised as "Continental." Still, I would have liked to see some protein--cheese our even a protein drink.

sehr unfreundliches Hotel, Aufzug defekt - es wurde keine Hilfe angeboten. Frühstück ist für *** eine Katastrophe. Insgesamt auf sehr schlechtem Niveau. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht logiert.

O hotel é bem próximo aeroporto e foi uma ótima escolha para o último dia de viagem, já que o vôo era muito cedo na manhã seguinte. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O hotel possui Sauna e spa para os hospedes.
