I had reallly bad experience, staff was unfriendly, facilites were terrible. Please find other place to stay.
Close to airport.
Parking was very limited and very tight. Beds were old and saggy. Room clearly hasn't been updated in a long time.
Room was very spatious and comfortable. It is very basic - far from luxury, but you get everything you need. Stayed there for 3 weeks and felt at home. The hotel is a good budget option if you have a car and don't need much internet.
Virtually no internet. I was there for business and needed the net. There are very few routers and the hotel is big. The result - most rooms have no net. Had to use ad-hoc insecure networks from hotels and bars around and they were not always present. Location requres a car. They have a BART station in San Bruno, but it is some 20 mins walking from the hotel. I had to drive to the BART and park there for the day. Still This is cheaper than parking in San Francisco where they charge 50$ for the day.
The room was nice and spacious. The free breakfast and WiFi was good as well

dirty rooms and rude general manager. the first room looked like it had never been cleaned. The room we were switched to was a bit better but maintenance was horrible during our stay.
The room was clean
I came in on a late flight (12:00am) and the front desk was already closed (unlike what is said "24 hour front desk"). The shuttle doesn't run 24/7. It runs from 4am to 12 am. The front desk employee could do better.
I didn't like one thing about this poor excuse of a hotel.
1) Location, seedy part of town 2) Room Location, near parking lot, at rear of building 3) Wet towels -- why they were wet, I don't know 4) Soiled carpet, filthy sofa 5) Threadbare bedding 6) Heater emitted odor 7) Room heavily sprayed with fragrance to mask who knows what 8) Extremely cold room 9) Scaffolding outside window/room, security risk 10) No on-site security 11) Bed sheets were smelly, don't know if they were clean 12) Scary parking lot 13) Generally, a run down hotel in the seedy part of town, just the pits, I recommend paying a bit more and getting a much better room. I couldn't wait to get out of the dump.
Entire building covered in scaffolding; no mention of construction when booking! Room was very dated, dilapidated furniture. Carpet was filthy. Window was covered in plastic for construction, I couldn't leave quickly enough!

Renovations were going on and noisy during the day. But not a problem in the evening.
We were not told this facility was under renovation. We experienced dust and what seemed to be an irritant in the laundry items, including the sheets and linens. We usually travel with our own sheets and pillow cases and the IRRITANT through to our sheets and was so great it overpowered our sheets and pillow cases.

Tv didn't work,had to pack up and move to new room. Because this room had 2 double bed she sis I won't charge you for the extra bed. Wellcan't the he'll would you the problem is yours and in only one person. Then, pack up all my things and move, the tv works, but the room has ants and some large STRANGE but I've never seen The room are scrappy and old, the bethroom door doesn't open all the way so when on the toilet you have to keep pushing it open with your knee Told person at desk about Bugs and he didn't seem to be concerned. Place under construction and it's not good. When I checked in I asked are the rooms under construction too? She told me no they are done. Well they better thing again and redo the rooms. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! PRICE OF $100.00 A NIGHT WAS NOT EVEN WORTH HALF.

Close to the airport. The check-in person was helpful (there is no registration desk - they just use one of the rooms). The room was clean.
Rooms are quite worn and rather shabby. The whole place seems to be undergoing renovation which is needed. There isn't much around it - on a main street and on the flight path. .

Bad service and booking was not clear by booking.com or hotel in term of charge. Made another booking on booking.com fir a different hotel at the same time for two week. The other hotel never ask for payment upon check in.

Location was great. Front office staff was very nice. Breakfast service was pretty good.
Didn't know building was under construction prior to booking. Wi-Fi never worked in our room. Only had 3 towels the first night we needed 4, and there was no staff available to bring us another towel until the next day. The beds were really hard.
