no blankets, vanity lights did not work i had to replace them
Bed was not comfortable but everything else was fine.
Over all everything was Up to standard
there was no problem
Housekeepers were very nice and efficient.
Some staff was inefficient and failed to read booking info, creating issues with check-out dates. Housekeepers were great but had vacuum cleaners that did not work well. No good for small children who play on floor.
location was excellent to where I needed to get to
I did not like the fact that I had to pay up front I have never had to pay up front when staying at a hotel or a motel
Nice and clean room. That's what I like in hotel.
Room was dirty infested with roaches. Do not stay at this property
Cable TV, Kitchen facilities, Cleanliness
Tub nor shower, tub was too tiny and shower was flat or over used. Parking lot is not enough. You need to advert the High way exit when you return from outlets other wise you get too far away.
I liked the price. Place wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. If you want the Hilton, go pay for the Hilton.
Easy access to highway and close to San Marcos attractions.
Older facilities. Breakfast not as advertised. Bedding was stained,
When we arrived into the room we had to hurry and get ready for a rehearsal dinner. There were no towels in the room. When my boyfriend went to the lobby to get some, the front desk lady told him there were no clean towels left and gave him pool towels. The shower liner soaked right through and basically flooded our floor and we had no towels to make it any better until they could bring us clean ones. Later in the night we needed toilet paper and the staff informed us that they were out of toilet paper until someone comes back from the store with some more. When I woke up there was a huge stain on the bed I didn't see the night before. The whole experience was dirty and disgusting and we will not be returning to a Ramada ever again.
The price was very good value as was the breakfast.
We didn't realise that this Hotel was so close to the Highway and therefore traffic noise was clearly audible.
Bed was uncomfortable. No wash clothes in room. No blanket in room for fold out bed.
There was not much to like.
Upon entering the hotel it looked like I had to walked back in time to the 1980s. Then there was no staff available at the desk. I had to ring the bell four times and then the attendant walked in from outside. We paid over $100 to stay at this hotel overnight it was worse than any low-budget hotel I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I chose not to stay in this facility. The one staff member behind the desk was rude, the keys didn't work. We had to try several different sets. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free, the little refrigerator was frozen over with a chunk of ice stuck in it. The room wss dark and dismal and everything looked dirty. I decided to drive back to Schulenberg's Best Western than to stay here.
The staff was attentive and they make the people in the hotel abide by the rules.
The pool was not in a convenient location and the wifi needs to improve.
Bed was comfortable.
Exterior was unkept and dirty. Very dimly lit hall area for room #223
Roaches in the room, cigarette burn on bed spread, mold in the bathroom tub. Was supposed to be a recently remodeled room, was outdated, old tv, etc.
Breakfast was okay. My son liked the pool.
The room smelled weird. Like smoke covered with strong perfume spray. The hotel said all rooms had HBO and show time but our room didn't. Front desk said some rooms had it and some rooms not yet. My husband hit his ankle on a metal bar coming out of the bed.
bathrooms and bedding were not fresh/clean
air conditioner worked great! parking lot was roomy and secure.
- very loud, rooms overlooking 24hr gas station and right next to I-35, neighbors sound like they are in your room -room smelled funny -terrible breakfast -no elevator so you have to carry everything up stairs if you are staying on second floor
That's right! - an actual toadstool was growing out of the carpet by the door to the bathroom. Disgusting. And the bed had a valley in the middle of it. If we had hazmats suits we would have slept in them. We will never stay here again. Even if we have to travel to Buda or New Braunfels to find a decent room.
Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms.
It was close to everything!
It could stand a upgrade.
the shower head and coffee in the room.
The AC was turn off when arrived, room was too hot took about 1 /12 hour to cool, cable cord not plugged in, telephone did not work, sheets on bed looked it had not been change, mattress had a BIG red spot look like blood. No bath towels in the bathroom area. Will not stay here again.
