A little of everything
For less places to the breakfast and not good service desk personal!
Good place out of Manhattan for a couple of days! Clean!
it s a shabby hotel, would not go there for that price any more, receptionist did not speak english very well, surroundings the from the best, breakfast in the ´´lobby´´ were there are still other guests passing
it s not that far from manhattan as other hotels are
Room at first floor is bad, heavy noise coming from lobby all night long!!!
The room , is very small .
The staff was very rude. I guess they don't cater to married lesbian women. They were very ignorant
The bed was comfortable
Far away from the metro station, same breakfast every day ( donuts, yogurt and eggs)
Very clean room
The hotel restaurant is in the hall and close to the entrance door which open often, so it tends to be drafty and cold. If only the restaurant was somewhere else.
I liked the location, only two stops from the 5 Avenue. The hotel staff try to be helpful. It is a very good value for money in a safe neighbourhood. The room is cleaned every day and a lot of clean towels.Wifi is always fast.
No secure room for luggage storage Smallish room Industrial area Breakfast same every day Noisy heater
Comfortable beds Good, tasty breakfast 3 block walk to subway and restaurants Accommodating staff (especially at breakfast) Just across river from Manhattan
Upon arriving at the hotel I paid the full amount in cash but was told a $50 deposit would still be held on my card. I was also charged some type of hotel charge in addition to the normal tax. When I got to my room there were stains on nearly all of the walls in the room, the bathroom ceiling was partially coming down. The bathroom sink nearly flooded the bathroom due to a leaking pipe underneath. I witnessed one of the staff rifling through the garbage can in the lobby looking for some type of paperwork and then going back and refilling breakfast items without changing to a new pair of gloves.
The breakfast was suitable.
The room was extremely cold even with the heating system on. I Believe the sheets really came in handy.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets warm.... You need to use the sheets or you will freeze to death.
I would have liked more blankets.
Comfortable and clean, plus great restaurant next door
Breakfast is served from 6 30 to 9 30 but they start taking the food away before that time
Safe neighbourhood, subway takes a 5 minute walk and you can go anywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
There is no parking! So if you rent a car you have to hope that there is parking on the streets course enough to the hotel or park at a lot that charges 15 dollars a night! Try to get city view room because a ton close to the lobby is very noisy!!
This hotel was great for the price of you want to save a bit but also enjoy the city! The subway is only three blocks away, which is about a 10 min walk. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.
Location and bathrooom
Selection of cable channels is limited, they have HBO but not some you'd expect like Comedy Central or History Channel. Rooms are somewhat small, although the beds are big and I didn't have any problems with storage. Wifi maxed out around 3Mbps. Not a lot of places within walking distance for food, but there are a few.
Took a quick 3 day vacation to NYC and stayed at this hotel. GREAT value for the money and a location close to the subway. Mini-fridge was convenient, the complementary breakfast was nice, there are convenient electric plugs on the bedside lamps, and they let us stay a couple hours past our checkout time so we didn't have to sit around waiting at the bus station.
Lobby is used for bith reception and dinning area
Room was actually not bad for it's price, excellent view of the city. Thumbs up!
False advertisement of a room view that over looked the city and it was on the second floor with loud patrons and smelled of marijuana
The chamber miad does not known how to clean the room very bad
Only the bed are confortable
-the smell of the cleaner was nauseating. Some people have allergies or sensitivities to perfume and the odor of the cleaners were so overpowering that i had to open the windows a few times a day. - the coffee was cheap and the juices weren't real. - the bed could use a heavy down comforter instead of the light fleece which carries more dust. - the carpet had a large red stain.
-i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the heater in the room, the view and free wifi.
There's an unknown $50 deposit I wasn't aware of when I booked this location. I became aware of it at check in!!! I didn't have the extra cash on me.
Bed is unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast had many options to choose from, food & drinks, and was delicious. Room made me feel at home die to the quaint decor, including the private bathroom included. Water was hot and didn't take long to het hot like other hotels.
The bed was very comfortable Staff kept linen up to par Not to far from the F N Q 7 trains
The accommodation was basic but clean.
The location was ok.
The neighborhood is very quite. I didn't see quite many people on the street. It was kind of industrial area with some shops related to automobile and car service. To be honest, that discourages me to walk around the area past 9 p.m. Nothing has ever happened actually
The room is comfortable and clean. It has flat-screen tv, coffee maker, and fridge. They provide towels and toiletries which you can ask for refill at the front table. Breakfast is surprisingly good. They provide toast, bagels, hard-boiled eggs and sausages, cereals too. It is 7 minute walking from 39 avenue train station that takes us straight to downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. The staff is helpful, but I expected them to be more welcoming
Didn't meet a rich long enstranged uncle who found me and told me of my $1billion inheritance. That sucked.
Cheap for NY. Nice room w/ view (at night). Clean.
