room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable staff was nice and friendly
carpets were dirty particularly in corridors smelled odd breakfast: good bagels but cream cheese and yogurt were frozen coffee not very good
Very little if any
Lots. Didn't feel safe. Noise outside our door, people talking. Made my family uneasy.
good location nice staff clean with good facilities in room
room is small
View of city from my room.
Everything especially the rude and useless management
Great room and city views
Wifi didnt work at first and was a problem all 2 nights I stayed there.
Breakfast space too small. Limited place for luggage storage. The first night wi-fi was not working. Toilet was also break down. They repaired it next day.. But it was not working at that night again. The room with city view does not mean that the room has a city view.. Although, the room we booked was city view; it is worthless. There were 3 long chimneys which disturbs all the view. I told it to the staff. They said city view means a room on Manhattan side.. I insested to get a room from upper storeys (we were on the 4th). They told me to report it to booking.com. If you still want to stay at that hotel, its your own risk... Please also note that king room means a big bed but a smaller room than double bed rooms..
1.No restaurant. Breakfast is outsourced with limited spread. Breakfast area is too small. 2. No safe deposit locker facility, though hotel brochure claims to have the facility. 3. Not part of Ramada Group, but independently owned/ managed by others.
Good location, subway around the corner. Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was good.
Staff could be friendlier but it is New York so...
Provide simple breakfast
Very noisy from the air condition, it was fixed after complain.
Breakfast was lacking
Great experience great prince...
Excelent breadfast and pretty close to the train station. Easy to find. Comfortable bed and room all together.
The streets at night were a bit dark and lonely, so a bit scary.
Close to subway. Rooms were. Clean and of good size
Breakfast was poor: soggy donuts, some bagels. Messy tables. No fruit. Had to run to get a boiled gg or yoghurt. Airco noisy
near subway station, reasonable price, enough breakfast
slow response or reply mail when I asked some questions before arriving date
Comfortable rooms , not far from the subway , wifi and inclusive breakfast
Breakfast room too small
The room itself was comfortable and quite clean, with a modern television and strong Wi-Fi signal. Good hotel if you are looking for somewhere just to get your head down for the night and don't mind being based away from the main hustle and bustle of New York.
The area in general seemed to be lacking any good restaurants, bars or other general amenities. These could only be accessed by having to walk several blocks during the day or catching a taxi at night.
Simple breakfast provided, good location near subway n value for money.
Noisy old air condition , old carpet .
Area, in which breakfast was served, was small. It should be extended.
Good location .. Easy access to subway station. And parking available ..
Attitude of staff
value of money
No more supermarket, restaurant at hotel around
The location was actually good: within walking distance from four subway stations (including Queens Plaza with E that connects with AirTrain). Surely not a fancy neighborhood, but at least I didn't feel unsafe even in the dark (walking alone, as a young woman, from subway to hotel). There wasn't really any view, but otherwise the room was actually better than I expected, very clean with lots of storage room and a fridge. I really liked the bed and wifi worked well.
The breakfast could be improved by including plain yoghurt and making sure there are eggs and fruits all the time, not just randomly (but happy that there was branflakes and whole wheat tost, not just the white heavily processed alternatives).
