    Great room and city views

    Wifi didnt work at first and was a problem all 2 nights I stayed there.

    1.No restaurant. Breakfast is outsourced with limited spread. Breakfast area is too small. 2. No safe deposit locker facility, though hotel brochure claims to have the facility. 3. Not part of Ramada Group, but independently owned/ managed by others.

    Good location, subway around the corner. Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was good.

    Staff could be friendlier but it is New York so...

    Excelent breadfast and pretty close to the train station. Easy to find. Comfortable bed and room all together.

    The streets at night were a bit dark and lonely, so a bit scary.

    Close to subway. Rooms were. Clean and of good size

    Breakfast was poor: soggy donuts, some bagels. Messy tables. No fruit. Had to run to get a boiled gg or yoghurt. Airco noisy

    The room itself was comfortable and quite clean, with a modern television and strong Wi-Fi signal. Good hotel if you are looking for somewhere just to get your head down for the night and don't mind being based away from the main hustle and bustle of New York.

    The area in general seemed to be lacking any good restaurants, bars or other general amenities. These could only be accessed by having to walk several blocks during the day or catching a taxi at night.

    The location was actually good: within walking distance from four subway stations (including Queens Plaza with E that connects with AirTrain). Surely not a fancy neighborhood, but at least I didn't feel unsafe even in the dark (walking alone, as a young woman, from subway to hotel). There wasn't really any view, but otherwise the room was actually better than I expected, very clean with lots of storage room and a fridge. I really liked the bed and wifi worked well.

    The breakfast could be improved by including plain yoghurt and making sure there are eggs and fruits all the time, not just randomly (but happy that there was branflakes and whole wheat tost, not just the white heavily processed alternatives).

    The location

    I was hurt by poor fixtures and fittings and i am a medical doctor that could treat myself luckily! Management had a disgusting attitude and disregarded my complaint. They were hostile, rude and did not apologise. Once i emailed management they ignored my email and denied i had even complained to booking.com. The breakfast bar was part of the lobby and cramped. The room was ok but the rest of the hotel was poor. Overall i was appalled and would not return even if i was offered free accommodation. Disgusting managment, unsafe, cheap, tacky, expensive for what you get, awful awful awful.

    I thought the room was ok for the Money and the bed was comfortable I was there with my daughter

    I did not like the fact that there was no safe in the room nor was there any provision for passport sect to be safely left at the reception. I did not have breakfast in the hotel at all as it was not a nice area and quite unpleasant.
