Overall close to disneyland and not overly priced, friendly staff

Not enough parking. Pillows lumpy , bathtub small and dirty

Convenient location for Disneyland. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cleaning staff did not finish cleaning my room the first day. I came back to the bathroom light on, dirty towel on the floor, soaps and bottles scattered on the sink and shower curtain flipped up. Looked like someone left in the middle of cleaning. Air conditioner was confusing because of missing buttons, and very loud. Workers started doing construction in room directly below mine with power tools before 7:30 am.

Good value for money, beds were comfortable, generous space in room, tv channels were excellent as was the flat screen tv. Good facilities.

Slow wifi hardly ever connected. Construction in the morning was annoying although we were already prepared for it as read other reviews on website. Breakfast could have been better as there wasn't much range and no where to sit!

Very convenient for our trip to Disneyland, and our rooms were ready with the extra bed we requested.

Compared with Ramada in uk the quality of accomodation very poor..Bath plug not working, had to wedge soap underneath it to keep it open to empty. Front door was faulty.Pool facility looked much better on line than in reality.

Loved the location! Rooms were a nice size for our family of 4. Pool area was great for our family. Staff were very helpful.

Could really use a fitness facility. Wifi reception & reliability was not very good. Had a hard time keeping a connection on our iPads. Couldn't connect most the time from our phones & was totally unable to connect with a playbook or an e-reader.

We didn't like the major construction next to our room starting at 7:30 am, the poorly funcitoning ac, the water that ran out of the planters on the railings onto the hood of our car, the smokers who threw cigarette butts on our car (left marks), the continental breakfast, or the room size

Proximity to Disneyland is excellent. Pool and water play stuff is great. Staff was helpful and really friendly.

Would be nice just to get a little more variety in the continental breakfast.

Location to Disneyland

Having to leave the hotel by noon and having to find vehicle parking somewhere else.

The only plus was the distance to Disneyland and one staff member namesd Tiffany who tried to be as nice as possible with the management she had to deal with.

Where do I start...I Was never told that there would be major construction going on during the early hours of the morning. The workers arrive at about 5:30-5:45am and the trucks backing up and beeping..then the construction workers screaming back and forth at each other starts at 7am along with the constant banging. The management wanted to blame booking.com and said that they inform everyone about the construction if you book directly through them. I interviewed people out at the pool about this and not one person was told about the construction at the time they booked their rooms. Then the huge tour busses filled with kids roll in at all hours of the night. The motel (yes Motel not Hotel) is run down and not very safe feeling at night. There are no security personnel visible and many homeless and strange people wandering in the parking lot. Don't be Kate for breakfast...the doors lock at 9:30 sharp and if your children want some cereal the maids will ignore you. My suggestion is safe money and go to a nice hotel down the street with security and a professional management team.

We stayed in a newly renovated room on the ground floor. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent for easy walking access to Disneyland. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was kept clean and well stocked. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the shelving housing the appliances offered ample storage space for the food we kept in the room. The free breakfast was a nice feature, saving us time in the mornings so we could get to the parks earlier.

Though the room was newly renovated, there were a lot of things about the renovations that could be improved. There was no room in the bathroom for towels, aside from a single towel bar. A shelf for towels, placed above the bar would have made a really big difference in our ability to easily access the hand towels and extra bath towels during our stay. The door to the room had no weather stripping, and we could see daylight all around the edges. We could also hear every word spoken by the the people in the room next door, as well as the sound of the staff vacuuming the floors in the rooms above us. Our room was right next to the stairs to the second floor, and we could hear every step taken up and down the stairs as people went up and down. More sound-proofing and insulation should have been the priority during the renovation.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and how friendly an helpful staff were . The location was amazing as we were close to everything we wanted an needed to be.

I didn't like the fact that there were ATM card were not accepted as a form of payment , also I thought that the price of our room was a little much .

The construction woke us up early every morning early. We should have been informed of this prior to booking. You should have offered a discount or at lease gave us the option to book at your other hotel.

we found hairs on some towels and floor, which was pretty disgusting. our sheet on our bed, the top duvet, had some gross white stains - don't want to even think about what it could have been!

So close to Disneyland. Great to be able to take a break from all the walking.

Good location near disneyland

I had to wait all day to have my room cleaned,I had left my room at 7am and got back at 3:30,my room was not cleaned until 5pm as I watched to watched from the pool this happened each day. I even went one day without a clean as we needed a rest. Lots of constrution going on.I Was not aware of this until we arrived.

No one notified the time of breakfast and when my wife and kids were there to enjoy breakfast... My kids!!! And wife were not served! Stating that they closed but they are still cleaning it up. So why the hell will you not serve or even grab some food and offer to the kids? We didnt pay $50 but its $180++... we are not beggars but kids wanting to enjoy what are being served!!!

Comfortable, clean, relaxing & great location across the street from Disneyland. Pool & hot tub is wonderful & fun. Very pleasant stay. We always stay here when we travel to Disneyland.

Close to Disneyland...10 minute walk..continental breakfast was great for the price(small eating area but lots of food)

our room was across from parking lot and every morning the garbage truck came at 7:15 am and was very loud...

Could have been cleaner. Construction started early and was loud. Asked months in advance about joining rooms and was 13 doors away from family I was traveling with. Felt that the hotel door was not secure that someone could break in easily

We love everything about Ramada Maingate - Location, Staff, Pizza, Breakfast, Pool and especially the room with the Jacuzzi Bathtub !!! We have been going there for over 7 years - VERY EXCITED to see the renovations completed...can't wait !!!
