The air conditioning wasn't working.
Very convenient location. Lots of Construction though. Outdoor breakfast was cold, especially on the rainy day.
It was peak season, so the room rate was extremely high. Not worth paying $200 a night. Normal rate of under $100 would have been much more fair for the value of the rooms. Very nice stafF though.
Great location next to Disneyland.
WiFi very slow and cuts out in room. The reception were unable to fix it. The quality and selection of food at breakfast was very poor and as there were no spare tables we had to eat standing up. The room smelt of cigarettes even though it was non smoking.
choices at breakfast
Location comfy beds quiet location
Wi-Fi kept dropping out car park always full
The hotel is in close to the park. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening.
The room was small. We asked for a disabled room with room for 5 people, it was two double beds with a rollaway in the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor.
Wifi didn't seem to work but I didn't mind.
Christian the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, he actually remembered us from a prior stay 8 months ago! Security for parking was good. Hotel is just across the street from Disneyland so once we checked in we just walked back to enjoy the nights activities. Morning breakfast was a bonus.
I know they are doing construction but parking is pretty tight, so hopefully it will be complete by the next visit!
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Did not like that you have to pay extra for parking. WiFi service was slow.
Across the road from the main gate of Disney.
Place is falling apart, crumbling concrete walls.
I liked the walking distance to Disney Land.
The fact I was charged $5/day for parking. Yes, it was mentioned on the Bookings.com site but it didn't say it would be additional charge. I assumed "Total Price" included that. This is misleading and I will not use this hotel in future.
We booked your property for my son and his three children so that they could visit Disneyland for two days before returning home to New Zealand. They told us by telephone that they were very pleased with their stay with you. Thus, We are unable to provide specific evaluations.Based on their comments, we plan to use you when we ourselves visit there.
I will be asking for a refund. The amount of construction was very understated, the room AC sounded like a swamp fan, workmanship of the "updates" made to the room were poor quality. I will never stay at Ramada again.
Location is excellent - easy walking distance across the street to the parks. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I think when a hotel is in the midst of such extensive renovation, they have an obligation to reveal that at time of booking. I would have never stayed here if I had known how extensive the construction was.
location next close to disneyland.
employers were unprofessional. I was never thanked for my business and never welcomed as i checked in. my bathroom smelled like wet sox. very
we were given an upgrade
the construction going on
One room was comped aftyer complaining to staff the next monring.
Arrived after midnight with six tired children and four tired adults after a long day at Disneyland. Hotel only had one room for us when I booked two two queen deluxe rooms. Staff said the $418 was for one room only. I spoke with the hotel two days earlier to reserve a bed for one of the rooms and the person asked if I wanted one extra bed in EACH room. Ended up with one of the rooms being a standard double instead of deluxe at same price.Continental breakast was a joke with food in a trailer and seating outside only. Coffee maker in room did not work, toilet was rusted and nasty looking, refrigerator had to be turned off to sleep because it was so noisy. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend to anyone!
The person helping me check out didn't show any feelings for my cold night
Noisy people next door n could not sleep. Wifi sucked.
The location is great just across road from Disneyland.
The staff at front lobby are unhelpful. I would not stay there again.
We've stayed at several places within walking distance to Disney. For this price range, this is definitely the cleanest and best maintained. For this price, you would normally expect more, but believe me -- a lot of the local hotels around the area are not as clean or maintained well (mildew in showers, broken furniture, etc.) The room was also larger than some of the other standard rooms of the other nearby hotels, so our 2-year-old daughter had room to play with her toys and we could eat in the room. The staff was very friendly and responsive to anything we needed. It was nice that breakfast was included; a little cramped, but someone was always refilling everything and other guests were nice, so we were able to grab everything we needed before walking to Disney.
The hotel is under construction, so parking was tight. Luckily, they had valet to assist. One of the outlets in the room didn't work, but once we told them about it, someone was sent to fix it while we were out. The refrigerator wasn't super cold; I think a previous occupant left the door cracked, so the walls were iced up. We put our food along the walls and that kept them cold and improved the fridge performance. The Internet was really good our first night, but the second day it went out. We told the front desk and they reset it, but I got too tired to try logging on again, so I'm not sure if it fixed it or not. I'm hoping that after construction is done things will be nicer. Then again, this is a budget brand hotel, so you can't expect a 5-star experience.
5 minute walk to Disneyland!!!
Insufficient choices for breakfast
Gus was nice to exchange my room to the bottom floor due to my wife having hip problems and it helped
