The staff was very friendly and the hotel overall was really decent :) Rooms were a little smaller than I thought they would be for the price that I paid, with 3 people it felt kinda cramped.

i really enjoyed staying at the ramada and I have also recommended the place to my family who is planning on a trip to minnesota. the rooms were clean and i really enjoyed the area with the fire lit tables by the pool The pool closed kind of early and it wasnt a pool for kids there. Also i didn't like that at 4am we were wokem up by the noise in the hall that the housekeepers were making

The restaurant choice for breakfast was not good. The continental breakfast as the only choice was not the best. If you have a continental breakfast only then at least have toast and bagels available with more fresh fruit selections. We were very disappointed in the restaurant.

Air conditioning system needs to be changed. There was no way to manage the temperature in the room and on arrival we had to call maintenance as it was very warm. They then set the temperature too low.

I chose Ramada because of the online price of $129 for the one night stay and the park and fly option. When arrived the price was higher and there was a room deposit that I was told would be refunded within 3 days. That did not happen. The stay was fine and the room was adequate but the price was out of line with other park and fly facilities and I felt duped by the online price.

Location was great since one of our purposes was to go to the Mall of America. Price was decent, and hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were smaller than I thought. Though it was suppose to be non-smoking, it smelled as though there was a smoker in the next room or at least you could smell lingering smoke in the room, especially in the bathroom. Walls were paper-thin, so you could hear all the hallway traffic, and the noise from the air port was over bearing at times and drowned out the t.v. whenever we tried to watch anything in the room when we were in the room (which was only for a few short hours during our one-night stay).
