Location There were people in other rooms at 230 am that were really loud.I Would have thought the management would have done something about it on a Tuesday night!

Location was great since one of our purposes was to go to the Mall of America. Price was decent, and hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were smaller than I thought. Though it was suppose to be non-smoking, it smelled as though there was a smoker in the next room or at least you could smell lingering smoke in the room, especially in the bathroom. Walls were paper-thin, so you could hear all the hallway traffic, and the noise from the air port was over bearing at times and drowned out the t.v. whenever we tried to watch anything in the room when we were in the room (which was only for a few short hours during our one-night stay).

Air conditioning system needs to be changed. There was no way to manage the temperature in the room and on arrival we had to call maintenance as it was very warm. They then set the temperature too low.

Complimentary wireless-Lan, Airport shuttle, shuttle to the Mall of America and the Pool. ATM and little shop in Hotel available. Only one person at the front desk. Had to wait for check-in and check-out. Breakfast is not included in room rate however the restaurant located in the hotel was good.

It very confortable to who whises to do shoping in Mall of America or stay a short time for get the airport The room avaliable near to the ice machine present high level of noise, the clearness of the room was not good and the breakfast is very poor
