I forgot some valuable personal belongings behind and was told I would get a call back about how to retrieve these items, but am still waiting after I have called twice.....

Location

Unfriendly staff. Dirty halls, broken windows, Plus they charged my credit card twice. Still fighting to resolve the issue.

The shoe print on my bed, the hot air that blew out of the vent when the a/c was on, the size of the bathroom, the lack of signage displaying when shuttles leave to the mall, no continental breakfast, was not made aware that there would be a $60 deposit if I were paying cash for the rooms (especially when I called twice to confirm the exact total because I was paying by cash)

They worked with me to let us use a room at the entrance to set up a table for a 10 yr. old's birthday decorations. For my family and friends. We are a large family so that worked.

Parking was horrible. The pool did not have enough tables or chairs to sit around the pool area. No continental breakfast in the a.m. for that price. Room was very small.

Proximity to mall

Even though room was non smoking it smelled as if smokers had been in there at some point. Dirty carpet, outdated decor and a shower I would not allow even my dig to use. I felt like I was in a dungeon. Will not recommend to others.

Closeness to Mall

The internet did not work at all and was not secure, so I could not get any work done. There were only 6-8 T.V. channels available and not kid friendly. Very disappointing when looking forward to vegging out after a busy day out.

I am allergic to smoke. I would up with blood shot eyes. I feel if you have a non smoking room, you should not smell or have any feel of smoke in the room. This shows your place is not clean if you let smokers smoke in the rooms. They should only smoke outside. I was with my mother that has trouble with steps. If I was aware the only way into our rooms were steps, we would not have chosen your location. Especially since she slipped on steps in December and has a broken hip from it. When we are in the area in April and May, we will not be using your facilities.

Location, breakfast area, pool. Non-smoking rooms, family friendly.

Blonde woman very rude I was there for 4 days and she set my key card for one day and I was locked out of my room. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my key reset by her. Floor felt greasy and sticky. ppPoor TV selections mostly news and sports neither which I like especially on vacation.

A place to stay and friendly staff

My car was keyed within 15-20 minutes of checking into the hotel. I was very disappointed that people are that disrespectful

Pool area was nice.

Wifi was almost impossible to connect. Vending machines were scarce and product was very limited. Asked for non-smoking but were put in smoking room. Old part of hotel needs updating.

There was no bathtub in the room, only a shower which made the bathroom very small for a family of 4, even at the highest temp, the room was still plenty cool for a winter night, the room (especially the bathroom/sink area) was not real clean. Also the hotel tried to charge us a hgher rate than we had booked at!

Location with regards to shopping opportunities

Mix up with the billing of the reservation made through Booking.com. The room was to be pre-paid, but the desk clerks, both Thursday evening and Saturday morning, pleaded ignorance. This issue is still pending. I do not want to be double billed. I will not recommend ramada or booking.com to other travelers unless I am assured that I was not double-billed.

The location is only good for Mall of America and the airport. We came to see MOA so we were happy with the location. But the hotel itself was under construction, and it is a little old. But the rooms were ok.

It was very close to the mall of America.

Photos provided online we're not of the actual hotel. Place was out dated and much smaller than advertised. Security doors were not locked at night. Every noise from other rooms were heard. Airport is right across the street.

At the time of our stay there was construction in progress. The cafateria was not available and no suitable vending machines offered as a substitute.

The hotel was a construction area. At checkin I negotiated a lower price than the price given by Bookin.com. The parking bus in front of my window had a running engine all night long. The person from reception desk did not react on my complaints. I could hardly sleep. Maybe I shouldnt have negotiated... The clerk was not able to change the address on my invoice to the business address. Took more than 10 minutes before the process was cancelled without success. What a waste of time just before leaving.

Easy access to MOA

Room was not very clean. Hair in sink, shower and on the floor. Room temperature was very hard to regulate. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Being Guest of the Day we were given a free upgrade to a room that was 'luxurious' and bigger than our son' entire apartment. The staff were excellent especially the lady in charge of the Magnificent Breakfast.

Rooms were on the cold side. No way to adjust temp.
