It is close to a grocery store and a couple restaurants.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool does not have designated "adult only" hours so we never used the pool because it was always full of kids.

i really liked the security of the facility and I was traveling with one child and I really enjoyed how comfortable it was. I would definitely be back and stay again. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for the welcoming pleasure.

the room key didn't work on the outer door very well. I was afraid that I would be locked out and couldn't get in.

the bathrooms were updated. like that breakfast was included and pretty good choices.

the bedspreads. they fall off the bed and don't provide warmth.

I think it was a good stay for they money. Clean, updated room. The location seemed safe and convenient to get off and on freeway.

The expanded cable tv line up with more unique channels then other hotels. The free shower shampoo, lotin and soap. Rate was cheap

The mini refrig had a broken freezer door, the entire hotel smelled of fresh paint and smoke and over powering deodorizer, the carpets stained and filthy, rooms needed major updates, last 2 days no ice bags for ice bucket. The breakfast was always just sausage links, and cold prepacked breads and watery coffee.

The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the pool.

The location. You could see it from the highway but it was difficult to get to. It was set back behind a gas station and there was poor lighting at the entrance.

The ease of online booking and checking in.Any staff I came across was helpful and friendly. Location of the room was great. Breakfast was good.

Just a little confusing to locate. Sign into the parking lot was obscure.

Convenient location to Hospital for overnight stay. Clean, but older hotel.

Seems I caught the desk staff at shift change during check out. No big deal, but they may want to remind their staff to be a little more attentive to their costumers even if it costs them a couple of minutes.

Friendly and efficient staff ..... great Continental breakfast.

The bathrooms steam up ... no de-fogger. It is not enjoyable to step out of a shower into a steamy, foggy bathroom.

It gave us a good jump on our road trip from Wilsonville to San Jose. The continental breakfast was splendiforous!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable

Location was convenient to shopping and downtown businesses. Vacant lots and immediate vicinity were occupied by transients, causing some concern over vehicle/parking lot security. Overall though, a nice stay in a comfortable, clean and affordable motel.

The bed was wonderful and the bottom sheet stayed wrinkle-free thanks to the fitted sheet.

The rooms have funny smell when you walk I'n walls are dirty beds and linens are out if date and old as well.

there are no remotes for the television

Unfortunately, this hotel is pretty dated. Needs some upgrading.

Spacious room and clean.

Wifi did not work after many calls to the reception. The heater made so much noise I had to turn it off to sleep, even on low. Very disappointed with my stay and I don't think I ever return for another stay.

No towels in pool area, I've never encountered that before. Very inconvienent. No vent in bathroom so hard to breath in there when a shower's been taken. No hot tub and for price of the room that's not really reasonable. Marks all over the walls and heating/cooling unit. Hair on walls in shower. Didn't feel that clean considering those things.Also, they allowed an entire sports team of teen girls to lay all over the floor in the lobby and on top of the luggage carts. So when my family came down to find the pool and check on towels we could barely walk through and had to step over and in bewtween bodies. Very unproffesional. Not sure if we will return. For the price, they really need to make some upgrades. The pool area was the craziest thing I've ever seen, tons of wasted space, tons of wild children in the little kids pool area, we couldn't even allow our 4 yr old to play in it because she kept getting kicked and splashed. Pool was poorly heated and too cool to get in comfortably unless your a young child that could care less. Not very comfortable place for adults at all. One lady was even allowed to bring her dog into the pool area. So stepping on dog hair with wet feet is not the most desirable thing.

I was able to get an early check- in.

When I check-in there were 3 or 4 cleaning men hanging outside of some rooms down the hall. They were talking and kind of loud it made me uncomfortable. When I checked out a man came up to me and asked if I was checking out. I just felt like they were hovering, wainting for me to leave again it made me feel unconfortable. The lobby smelt like they were tring to cover-up a weird smell but failed. In my room when I turned on the heat it smelt like smelly feet. Sorry not the best experience.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, quiet, not crowded, a great breakfast, and a way cool pool. Water temp was perfect even in winter. I was glad to see they were working to keep the rooms in good shape. Liked flat screen tv.

Access to leave had to drive through Food for Less Parking Lot which was usually crowded with cars,. Minor inconvenienvce. When I wanted to pay for my room with cash (2 nights) I was told it would require an additional $100 deposit. Clerk didn't explain why until I asked. Reason made sense but I would have liked to known that when I made my reservation.

vehicle assess difficult hard to locate the vehicle entrance to the hotel. did not like the type of people hanging around the parking area.
