Can't put my bike in the room!
The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and we would stay again
Central location for restaurants and shops, easy access to National Parks. Clean and comfortable room.
Great location. Good staff left us extra Keurig Coffee pods when we asked. The staff were great about letting us reuse towels and sheets.
Fitted bottom sheet did not fit bed. Kept coming off the mattress and needed adjustment with every turn in the bed. Keurig Coffee maker is not environmentally friendly. Produces way too much garbage. The paper cups leaked, and we had to ask for more of them every single night. The shower could not maintain a steady temp. The thermostat for AC was not accurate, and so difficult to adjust.
location, rooms quiet and we were near stairwell, pool and hot tub and kids likes the pancakes next door.
sliding door in bathroom but that is just a personal preference.
The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Close to downtowm
Bed very soft and lumpy, decor is very dated and old, holes in towels, bathroom dirty, yellowing sheets, noisy between rooms, stairs under construction or repair
Location was great. In the middle of town close to all the shops and restaurants.
No guest laundry and you had to go next door for breakfast
The interior was updated and comfortable.
The exterior was a little rough. I was expecting a hotel not a motel. No bathrooms or towels at the pool. Hot tub was small.
The room was very roomy and had a television, microwave, fridge and blow dryer.
It took me about hour to get checked in. I got their at 2:20 p.m. and the person behind the desk told me it would be 10-15 minutes and then after 20 minutes told me it would be another 10-15 minutes and I finally got checked in about 3:15. Then I got a call two days later saying my room might have bedbugs and they were coming to check and then move me. I had to pack all of my stuff to move 2 doors down and they didn't help me move. They moved me to a room under the stairs that all I heard all night long is the ice machine and people running up and down the stairs. No continental breakfast. They gave me 3 discount coupons to their restaurant and if I bought something over $10 I would get a discount. You can get breakfast for less than that so I would not have gotten any discount. No small workout room to be able to walk on a treadmill or ride a bike. When I ask about a military or AARP or AAA discount they told me no because I booked online. I feel they should have to at least comp me a room by giving me back one night of my money. $159 per night is rather expensive for the fall time there. I am a Veteran and was there on VFW business. Everytime I leave to go on business and then get back there would be no spot for me to park near my room and had to park in an area on the outside of the hotel.
Clean, nicely upgraded
The staff were abrupt, never used salutations like "Sir" or "Madam", left us with the impression that any customer interaction was interrupting something far more important... they are obviously in need of significant training in basic professional hosting skills or to be in another profession, entirely.
The location of the motel is excellent; however, it is also very loud because it is situated right on the main highway through town. There was a regular stream of semi-trailers throughout the day, and the sound of the engines idling early in the morning.
The drain in our bathtub did not drain which made for a combo shower/bath experience.
Great location to national parks
No kettle to make tea
This place was so noisy! Starting at 5 am every morning unfortunately. Also freezing pool, and expensive.
Could walk to the downtown.
Way over priced. Maintenance of the facility was not evident. The outside stairs were rusted, paint trim was flaking and faded, and the facility just looked old. The pool was full of debris and the hot tub just didn't look clean. Very lousy housekeeping. Checking in, the beds looked like they'd been slept in and the trash was never emptied during the three day stay. Would have left early but the penalty for leaving would have been too high.
Location, spacious rooms, comfortable facility, good Internet access
No fitness facility.
Interior - old but chic. Balcony.
No Breakfast - High price. Bad Coffee at Check in.
Private balcony with a nice view. Nice size room. Staff was excellent!
Immaculate, roomy and quiet. Good beds, great shower and friendly staff.
I liked the location since it was downtown we could drink and walk back to the room or walk downtown and shop. I liked the keuregg made it easy to make coffee
I didn't like the staff when we first got there, we got there at two and thy said check in was at 3 so we walked around and came back at 3 they said house keeping was running behind schedule and it would be another 15 minutes finally at 415 we got our room keys. We didn't understand because people were walking in without reservations and getting room Keys. There was very poor communication.
Ramada is situated right in centre of town - remember to try out the Moab Diner just across the street. Best food in town!
The pool was not clean. The ice-machine was not working (one of the staff: "Just try it anyway...maybe the repairman just forgot to remove the no-working-sign"!?)
It was centrally located, once you got into the room...it was nice. Double shower-head in the bath, very nice!
They advertise free wi-fi, however everyone is aware it is sketchy and doesn't reach the far off rooms...where mine was. When you brought up the wi-fi problem (after check-in and at check out, 2 different people), they were very indifferent. The staff was mediocre at best and their attire was very casual (faded blue jeans with a hole at Sunday AM check out) and didn't have that big chain hotel feel. All this is, is an old, run down hotel that Ramada purchased, remodeled the rooms and gave the staff black polo shirts with their logo. Now they have representation in Moab.
Beautiful comfortable bed and a very well appointed attractive room. Nice pool and spa pool. Walking distance to the center of town. Very convenient location.
Quite pricey compared to most other places we stayed in. However that could be because the town was fully booked at the time we were there. Staff not particularly helpful or friendly.
Beds were not comfortable.
