For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. The lobby smelled musty and was dark especially where you register. Needs a re-do for sure. Updated lighting and new rugs or tile. The person behind the counter was nervous and not that friendly.

NOTHING, I am serious in saying that I would not let my dog sleep or eat here. This hotel should be closed, words cannot discribe how terrible it truly is. The staff is an embarasement to the Ramada name and the hotel was so bad I cehcked in and out in under and hour and went accros the street to the Hampton Inn. I was charged $180.00 for the two rooms I booked even though I cancled the reservation before 6:00pm. The manager said to bad its hotel policy to charge you. I

I did not like that my room was freezing and they knew I was coming and when I turned on the heat myself it didn't work.i had to wait for someone to come up and see that it didn't work and then wait another hour to move to another room and wait for that room to warm up.the rate was very high to stay for one night and I had to pay someone money to help me shovel out my car because they let the plow guys plow me in.their was no offer to help and I felt like I was bothering them with the heat issue.i will never stay at the Ramada inn again.

We were a little insecure about choosing this hotel, because there were some negative comments about smoking smells. The truth is that there was some smell in the halls but not in our room, and as usual it was specious, the bed comfortable and all was clean. It is our 4th time in a Ramada and it was as good as usual. We have some issues with the internet connection and they fixed it for us.

The only good think I can say about the Ramada Newburgh/West Point is I can tell they did upgrades (some furniture and paintings looked new). Also, I liked that the room came with a microwave. I would never stay at any Ramada because of the experience I had at the Ramada Newburgh/West Point location. The halls smelled and there were so many visible cameras I felt like a prisnor. The room was fairly clean but the tub was dirty and the carpet smelled. I was due to check out at 11am but I could not take it and checked out at 6am to pick up my almost 6 hour drive back home. If you are single and just need to crash for a few hours then I guess this place is fine. If you have a family do not stay here!

It's location was very close to our event. I also liked the fact that it provided a refrigerator and microwave. Our room had an unpleasant smell. The restaurant during the evening was more of a "bar" than a place where they served food in the restaurant. After a long day of driving went downstairs to have a bite and could not find any staff to seat us. Only patrons at the bar area.
