Price was good deal for location.
Cleanliness room not clean, vacuumed Large stains on all chair fabric. Hair in bed and sheets. Staff needs to hire housekeepers that clean.
The room was good. Bed was comfortable. liked that it has a entertainment. Breakfast was good.
Room could of been cleaner
The staff tried to be helpful they were hard to understand.
The rooms were a little outdated. The fixtures seemed new but tub was gross and the blinds were dirty.
There's a nightclub in the hotel - live music was blaring until 1am. The hotel caters to huge groups b/c of this who pack into rooms like sardines and make screaming in the halls until the wee hours of the morning. Walls were thin - could hear everything in adjoining rooms. Check in process took 30 mins while the staff member told me how irritating booking.com was to work with. Beds were not comfortable. Room was a frigid 50 degrees with no heat on in the room nor any option to turn on heat. Towels were sandpaper.
Room had strong smokers smell.
The rooms were really modern and it is obvious that they were recently refurbished. The cleanliness of the room also needs commendation.
The breakfast in the morning was not very good. The bread was stale and the eggs looked like they had been around for a while. Additionally the lobby was under construction with wires etc hanging from the ceiling (review December 2014). Although we could excuse this because of the rooms it was slightly disappointing.
Didn't have enough towels had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night because of a microwave staff not very polite or courteous
Very noisy. Old. Walls/doors were very thin. Could hear every conversation in any room just standing in the hallway.
Location to airport and West Point.
Noisy music in lobby party room - had to change rooms at 10:00 pm. hotel could use upgrades for the prices charged.
room was clean
the hallway carpets were dirty, the doors had broken glass, the pavement was a horror, and I think there were drug deals going on in the parking lot with a hotel guest being the dealer
Smell - condition -age of building and lack of upgrades and or renovations
I travel almost every weekend and this is the worst place we have ever stayed at. Double booked the room so I walked in on a half naked woman. Never took the hold off our account so it over drafted. Charged our card for our friends room that they paid for. No pillows for the pull out and never brought any. The pillows on the bed were cheap and full of lumps. Toilet almost over flowed and wouldn't stop running so maintenance had to come at 10:30 pm to fix it. For a $170 suit, this place suck! I have a complaint filed and a request for a full refund and the fees they have cost me.
Location of hotel was convenient for visiting West Point and Beacon.
Condition of hotel was poor. Stayed in king suite which was in fair condition but in need of repair. Outside entries were broken so outside doors were never locked. Fire alarm Saturday night went on for 30 minutes with no information from hotel personnel. Would not return for another stay. Needs major renovations. Outside windows into room were shattered and had not been repaired for a very long time.
Breakfast was ok
Towels were like sandpaper Desk put us on hold for 15 minutes and then couldn't give us directions Charge for using a credit card and a safe we didn't use? REALLY? Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and most people weren't aware and the fire dept. did not show for 45 minutes No paper in printer for guest use
Very friendly front desk, fire alarm works- woken up at 1am
needs updating, bathroom vanity falling apart, bathroom not very clean.
That we left and will never have to go back
They put us in a smoking room when we had requested a non-smoking room in advance. We arrived late at night so they could not change it. The room was filthy. I don't think the sheets had been changed. The top drawer of nightstand had cigarette butts in it, etc.
Wi Fi did not work. Slight leak in plumbing - faucets. Facility seems not to be keeping up with the times -- in need of upgrade.
Size of the room
Front desk person was kind of rude!
King size bed and suite, freshly renovated room
noisy if you are staying in the room facing the highway, breakfast
Just wanted a clean quiet place to stay overnight and Ramada fit the bill perfectly! I would return if again traveling through that area.
No dislikes/met my expectations. Thank you.
room was quite clean, reently updated.
from the outside, the windows were quite dirty, parking lot was in really poor condition, hallways were not clean as should have been, a smell of odor spray was overwhelming.
Staff was prompt at alerting customers to evacuate rooms.
Unfortunately, some drunks discharged a fire extinguisher and set off alarm. Video identified person and he was arrested by police. The staff could have come around and told customers what had happened and to return to their rooms. The alarm went off after 30 minutes and we all went back in without explaination.
The family running the establishment are very nice. Beds were comfortable. TV was new and worked well. Nice to have fridge and microwave in room.
Had reserved/prepaid two rooms. One ended up being a smoking room on the other side of the building. Facility was totally booked so unable to get rooms together. Rooms were run down and bathroom was clean but rugs and windows looked like they needed a cleaning. Stay was fair but cheaper than other places.
