good breakfast. good beds. liked having refrigerator in room.

the overall cleanliness of the hotel was sketchy. the carpets were dirty and a bit off-putting. bathroom was a bit small.

Rooms in bad repair, dirty , would not recommend

The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and courteous when we first arrived and every time I went to the front desk they were very helpful and getting you the things that I needed

Do not disturb mean do not disturb it doesn't mean put the key in the door and said how shipping and try to get the house and the garbage out of my room while um we were sleeping after driving in late the night before also um the next day we were out the room in time for housekeeping to come in and service around I am with him back to his house building on the floor and garbage that was a flying at basically nothing was done for three days in a row and we stay there for 6 days and I vow to not stay there again because the house keeper that we had five of the six days was arrogant non caring and too comfortable in his job I'm glad they're under new management for housekeeping and for front desk because that should help the problem at all whole lot

The bed was comfortable. It was close to restruants.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. Only one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash rar for two people. It was very noisy and the carpet was old and not very clean.

Ican,t believe this is a Wyndam hotel. Everything was terrible including breakfast. I wouldn't put a dog in there.

Bed was comfortable.

Can hear guest through the door. Saw a large roach on my breakfast table while sitting. Not a small one but a large one.

How close the motel was to I 10

When I had the heater on the heater made clicking noises it kept me awake

The staff was friendly.

The continental breakfast was awful. The rooms were in disrepair. There was no WiFi in the rooms enough to run a computer, contrary to advertisements.

Bathroom odor overwhelmed the room and overall condition of the room was a bit low. Continental bfast was horrible Front desk staff was less than accomidating.

We had a problem with the light out in the bathroom making it impossible to see. They came immediately to take care of it.

Beds could be a butter comfortable (softer) and a little paint would do wonders . But I am not really complaint. I have an expensive bed at home so am spoiled and the price and location were what I needed.

The room was not very clean. Especially behind nightstand where used plug for computer. needed good deep cleaning. Bedspread had stains and holes.

Question 3 doesn't even deserve an answer cause none of the above apply. Slumming should be up there.

The rooms were dirty especially bathroom, towels looked like someone used there butt as toilet paper with them Paint on walls were gross and carpets awful especially in hallways. Loud in hallway. Continental breakfast was good on Saturday but Sunday there was only toast & cereal. No oj for being Florida that is totally unacceptable, when we told office they didn't seem to care. Attitude was not professional in any way. Got charged more than quoted on phone, not happy. We will not be back to this facility and will not recommend.

Left a wake up call for 3 am but never received it .Almost missed my plane reservation. Fortunatly awoke myself.

Comfortable bed

The level of management was very poor. My bed was not made two days in a row despite bringing this to the attention of staff after the first occurence. Bathroon amenities were not refreshed daily.

Only the first day our room was cleaned. Also our reservations got cancelled by someone on the hotel staff.

Our reservations got cancelled. Room was not cleaned. Hotel manaed that ger was rude when she discovered the reservation was cancelled. Usually have better service at Ramada.

The rooms were great and staff polite but but the pool was very crowed and could stand to be bigger.

We did not like this hotel when we first arrived no clean towels roaches in the kitchen and the bathtub wld nit drain. Also when I booked the room the total was 280.00 and when the stay was over they charged me 330.00

Not much!! The room appeared to be furnished with mismatch furniture, the tv was very old (greenish screen, not adjustable!) The microwave was gone! The window (inside pane only) was completely shattered, with a softball sized hole!! One of the two bath towels (folded and on the rack) was so worn that it also had a softball sized hole in it!! Some of the pillows smelled. At check-out the girl asked ,how was our stay, and my wife told her about the window...She said the nite person was new and wasn't supposed to rent this room(#110) We were not impressed...particularly with the big ramada sign hanging outside.
