OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR THE MONEY (69.95 PER NIGHT). OUTSTANDING WEEKEND BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN RATE. OUTSTANDING LOCATION.
NEED TO UPGRADE THEIR TELEVISION SETS TO LARGER SCREEN HD TV'S.
Only 5 miles from downtown Dayton. Hotel Staff was Excellent. Hotel had a lot to offer, Restuarant, Arcade room, Pool table, Air hockey, Indoor pool + hot tub, and bar if your in to that type of thing.
I would have liked for the bed mattress to be a little softer. It's pretty hard. Not thrilled about the bar. Didn't see on the internet where it said anything about a bar and didn't like the fact that outside people could come and go to the bar. Just kept a closer eye on my kids. Nice looking Hotel just wish there was a way to do something about the surroundings outside, they look a little rough.
facilities are good especially for children
Bed was comfortable.
Tub had a leaky faucet. The hotel needs a face lift. In the morning there was a tow truck blocking my car and a man fixing his car next to mine. He had cut his hand and bled on my passenger door. Very limited smiles and greetings.
Old facility, mattresses, housekeeping did minimal cleaning
The restaurant food was good
Bed was unmade when we checked in and we had to call desk to change bedding Call down to the desk and asked if swimming pool was wheel chair accessible and representative could not tell me if the hotel had a ramp Kids still running around the hotel at 7:30 in morning playing on stairs and elevators with no adult supervision
I was seeeing a play at the Dayton Playhouse (in the park off of Siebenthaler) and you could not pick a better place to stay.
Few eating places that are close, but a lot back north on I75.
The desk staff person, Ashley, at check-in. Sunday's breakfast - a nice variety.
Bathroom door handle was non-functioning. Room was never cleaned despite our being out of the room all day and 5 hours in the evening. Surly afternoon desk staff. 2 phone calls to at least get clean towels. Evening desk staff was not attentive to the situation. Had reservations in Oct but canceled. Never again. Monday's breakfast was abysmal.
It's in a bad neighborhood. It hasn't been updated in decades. They gave us a room right next to the highway and there was nobody staying at the place. They served curdled milk for breakfast. Overall just a poor place to stay. Just stay away
Had a great time service was quick and easy.
Called front desk at 7pm asking for more towels and a blanket and pillow (pillows are flat and lumpy) because I was cold. Was told they would bring to the room. 8pm still no towels or blanket. Called front desk again, and was told they were busy and would get them as soon as they could. Fell asleep woke up in the morning and still no towels to take a shower. No blanket nor pillow. Toilet did not flush properly. While taking a shower the tub filled up above my ankles with water. Upon taking shower I called the front desk about these issues and was told they would send someone up to look at my issues. When the maintenance man came he told me there was nothing wrong with the toilet that they always have problems because they do not have commercial toilets. The whole place is run down and nothing to look at. Would not recommend to anyone. We paid more for 1 night here than we paid for 2 nights at Harrah's Casino and had a better room..
There is nothing to like about these accommodation
Staff was Terrible Room was Terrible No Breakfast No Towels Unsupervised Kids Loud Complete mess, Ramada should remove there name from this location.
Comfort and use of facilities
Friendly staff at the bar. Pool was nice. Smoking room was spacious. Close to several restaurants. Pet friendly.
Elevator seemed it needed work. certificate in the elevator was expired. Carpet in hallways looked old and worn out.
Bedding/towelling clean and fresh.
Facility in need of a "face lift" . Looks old and tired. Fairly clean but slight "mildew" odour . Carpets in need of cleaning. Chaulking around shower needs replacing. Mildew on ceiling
Cleanliness, Comfort, Value for money, Location
The hotel itself is fine and for the price it couldn't be beat. Kids loved the large pool and hot tub. Room was adequate but could use updating as most now have flat panel tv's and microwave/mini fridge in the room. Location not great as a seedy gas station is across the street an that's about it as the rest of the area is industrial. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise with a good variety of fruit, bagels,French toast sticks, good coffee and juice. For the price I'd stay again just won't venture around outside
Location, room need minor update
I liked the staff they were Very friendly!! Always had a smile on there face!
I have a young one and I gave him a bath and the bath tub wasn't very clean but the bath water didn't drain! We had to prop the drain plug up so the water would drain.. On top of that there was no refrigerator they said it's ten dollars per night. When already things were wrong with the hotel.
The hotel was exactly what I needed, and nothing more. It was directly off the highway.
The noise from 75 was a little loud and the hotel was in a neighborhood that, as a young white woman, I would not want to go walking around at night.
The restaurant at the hotel had a very friendly waitress, who tried to pass of an order of food and drink totaling 25.80$ as 35$ without giving a check. When asked for a check, she said the printer had run out of paper, and this was the amount. I said I would wait till the paper was loaded, and finally I got my check with the food I ordered.. Very disappointed with the waitress trying to cheat me.
Everything, pretty much
Wish there was a restaurant for the lunch hours.
I liked all the amenities and that the staff was very helpful and friendly..alot of thing to do in the area.
staff was very attentive, breakfast was decent, switched it up every morning with different entree ie: frenchtoast, hashbrown caserole ect., nice pool and arcade. Pretty Clean. Overall stay was great.
broken window on 5th floor (outside pain), pool not heated because it was summer even though it was indoor, needs a little update
Beds were ok. bathroom ok.
No air conditioning in hallways and elevator!!! pool was very cold, unuseable. Breakfast was lousy.
The pool was ice cold then the hot tub was cold. The windows were dirty. No flat screen tv. The bathtub stopper was broken. Barely any hot water would come out in the shower.
