Clean and bug free!!
Breakfast was free and it showed!
I like that the rooms are easy to find
The beds are a little hard
Not very clean Trash in hallways for over 12 hours Pool was not heated Out of towels Shady part of town
found mold in the room
Breakfast was adequate
Staff,the different options.
Kids were not supervised, two teens were going in and out of the pool restroom.
My stay was short, but the staff during my stay were very friendly. Was very clean would recommend this hotel to ALL my friends. In going for breakfast notice it was very much family oriented. A BIG plus from me.
That my stay wasn't longer so that I could of used the Hot tub.
price is ok
it was not that clean, sofa in the room, tv, bed sheet was not great, heater or A/C was not clean, called front desk at, 8.00 am no body pick up the phone, entrance to the hotel is confusing, elevator was slow, no microwave in the room.
- Location right off highway - Nightly rate very reasonable - Continental breakfast was as advertised - very basic - Clean Rooms - Helpful staff
- Nothing but a gas station near hotel - Booked hotel because of pool and heater was broke
my fiancé and I booked the suite so that my children (including a special needs son) and grandchildren could have our christmastime together and have a place with indoor activities. We couldn't swim, the pool was freezing. Several of the arcade games were out of order. The restaurant and lounge never opened. Our suite was not very nice, carpet was stained. The chef never showed up to cook breakfast. Our family was in the room next to us, their room was too hot then too cold. We will look for another place next Christmas.
No facilities in the rom
It was right on highway
Bathrooms were filthy broken and spider webs with spiders
This hotel is exactly what you would expect for so cheap. However not a place to go with a family. 1st of all its right next to a gentlemansingle club, they give you the smallest pillow to sleep on, the rooms on freezing cold even with the heat on high, and the bathroom in the room was rusting.
The bar which also offers food the staff was very hospitable.
Hot tub and cable TV
THE HARD AS A ROCK BEDS THE ONLY HAD 2 SHEETS TO COVER UP WITH . THE BATH COUNTER PANEL THAT FALL ON MY KIDS TOE. the non-existent varieties of breakfast foods. the supposed to be heated pool that was cold as ice.
I like the service. Easy to find the room as well as good parking spaces
Room could of been taken care of better. With housekeeping experience it just wasn't clean looking enough for a smokers room
Good value clean rooms
It's getting a little old and out dated but that try their best to keep it up. Towel rack was falling off the wall but maintenance came and fixed it promptly. Tab out of towels quickly.
I love the way they were fully accommodating. The staff was friendly. Just need to tighten up on their service for stay-over guests. That does not take away from the overall hospitality that is displayed throughout the fabulous establishment.
That I couldn't stay longer...
Our room was right on the freeway. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't sleep well due to the freeway noise. Continental breakfast was very poor. Food was cold and not many options.
The handicap ramp was busted and hard to get wife's wheelchair across it.
asked at the front desk for options to fill a couple of hours and have dinner before the opera for which we had tickets. was told that there was nothing between there and downtown. we went out on our own and found a large area of restaurants and shopping the exit before this exit. front desk personnel need to have people skills and knowledge of the area. the clock in the room had not been set for daylight savings time that had started 3 weeks before. the next mornings breakfast offerings consisted of a pan of potatoes cold cereal and misc breads. horrible breakfast. i choose my hotels when they offer a breakfast to save travel time in the mornings.
When I got to my room the heat wasn't working. Finally the fixed that only to later see a mouse. At first they said they would come and catch it....what the hell??? I promptly said I would like a new room. The moved me down the hall. After a few hours another mouse. What really is going on?? Finally the moved me to 2nd floor but was very rude about it. The maintenance man even said why are you still here this place infested with mice.....The bathroom was disgusting you could see the dirt in the tubs. I showered with my flip flops on.
