our stay was pretty good..enjoyed using spa pool every evening..it was great.

Breakfast wasn't what i expected but was ok.

Not much!! The pool area and Tiki bar were very pleasant.

The front desk staff was very rude (with the exception of one young man...whose name I do not recall). We were told we could check in at 3:00....room was not ready until after 4:00. And because we asked about it several times, we were "stuck" in a room at the very end of a long hallway. Not a good location for seniors w/ ambulatory difficulties!!!

it smelled, it was not real clean, they cancelled our reservation as a "no show" the day before we were to arrive! then wanted to add an extra $10.00 for what I don't even know. Definitely, not a 4 or 5 star facility!

There are really quite rooms available even though the hotel is near highway

I've booked it for $70.80 per 2 nights. +11% tax gives me $78.18. +$20 for some out-of-space service charge gives $98.18 in total. Nevertheless I was charged for more than $110. That smells bad when you search for low-cost solution, isn't it?

The room was quite spacious.

There was a "resort fee" added to my bill.

Overall I did enjoy the time in the hotel and I would go back.

upon checking in the clerk told me that my reservation was for Friday instead of Saturday so she had to reinstate the room. I checked my reservation later on and it was for Saturday checking out on Sunday. So I sent the hotel an emailed the apologized but not in a way a business should have.treated a customer.

The cost of the room was very inexpensive and the location of the hotel was close to all of the places I wanted to go.

The housekeeping staff took the towels from our room but didn't leave any clean ones. They also did not clean the room.

overall everyting was oke!

I didn't like that the pool closed at10 o'clock even in the weekend

Cleaning staff was slow room wasn't cleaned until 4 each day, rooms need some updating.

But the hotel is great

That you have to pay for a microwave plus the rooms does not Come with a refrigerator it's ten dollars a night for the microwave shocking

No fridge or microwave in rooms. You had to pay to get either. I had to wait until 6pm to get clean towels.

Pool and garden area closes at 10 pm. Pool should be closed at night but since this is the only area for outside relaxation,garden area with tables should be accessible 24/7.

Great value for money, great staff, nice pool, good food

Some of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Others were quite rude. The price was very good, but you get what you pay for.

The property is quite old and it is in a rather unremarkable location. Our room was clean, but it was quite outdated.

Tried to check-in at 2:00 and was told we had to wait until 3:00. Breakfast was horrible. Very dry. No fruit. No cheese.

Tiki bar was nice.

The younger male who worked the front desk, Kerry I think was his name, absolutely the most rude person I have ever seen in the Hotel Restraunt industry. 3 pm is check in, don't try check in early. Over 100 people were now trying to check in at 3 pm. Kerry should checked people as they arrived, at 1:50 pm, 2 pm etc....Kerry is a younger African American male , thin build , mid to late 20'S.

Pool is very nice, look like resort style

Room is too old, smelly, free breakfast is very very basic, I booked a room for 3, but only 2 breakfasts allowed

Jasmine in restaurant was the really only friendly person that I felt comfortable with and was will to answer ant questions I had

Restaurant food very poor, poor selection. Continental breakfast could have more than 1toastet
