Lighting was white flourescent. No lamp by bedside. Phone did not work. I would have liked to have known the hotel is undergoing renovation. Not a good value at $80 per night.

Staff is very friendly, spacious room, great location.

There is no fridge in the room and the gym is poor in equipments. Breakfast's opition is poor.

Not told remodeling would be taking place during our stay. Pool was closed. Carpet torn up first morning made for a very uncomfortable feel. I have asthma. Thank goodness the gluing of new carpet didn't happen during our stay

The pool and water slide. Especially, Temptest, she did a great job of supervising the pool area.

We brought our grandkids for a fun time and were very disappointed in the arcade/token area. What an extreme waste of money and unfairly tempting to young kids. Should be eliminated.

The room was very nice. Clean.

Linda, who was at the desk when I checked out was unprofessional and incompetent. I wanted to pay $200 cash for a portion of my bill and put the remaining $125 on my credit card. She took the cash from me and was not going to issue a receipt until I asked for one, at which time I noticed she had actually charged an additional night at the rate of $200/night which also incurred $30 in additional taxes. Then she claimed she could not make the proper correction until the manager came to work. In retrospect, I have a suspicion that she was trying to pocket the cash. I did not trust her with my cash or my credit card and neither should Ramada.

The hotel has a "water park" which is just one big slide that was turned off at 6:00.

Good location beside malls and cinema and mpv sports centre just 2 miles away. Having the Old Chicago on site was handy too

Hotel was a bit tired though refurbishment was underway. However the bathroom had a wierd ventilation system that made a lot of noise and I had to stuff a towel in the hole to muffle the noise. Not a disaster but not something I have come across before.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The play/pool area provided a good place for families to meet and for the kids to play. The hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping areas.

We traveled with our family for Grandson's Hoop Shoot Competition. The hotel was very full. The pool/ waterslide is small but our grandson's enjoyed it. On Saturday, the slide doesn't open till 3:00 but since there were so many kids there (due to the hoop shoot guests), they opened the slide at 1:00. Even though they are getting ready to remodel, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The lobby was nice and the pool area was splendid

Our room was not cleaned or ready when we entered, and no apologies were made. When i booked the hotel room, my receipt said it would cost $85 and we were charged $96.

The staff were excellent. My kids had a great time in the pool, and it was the perfect location for us.

Everything was nice in the room

Bathroom eletrical outlet did not work and did not make my wife very happy when she was trying to do her hair.

Pillow were lumpy and the matresses were also a bit worn.

Kids were running down the hallways even at 12:15 at night - hard to fall asleep with all the noise. Definitely a place for families - not so much for a solo traveler.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. Wish they offered a breakfast. Then it may have been perfect.
