We stayed in room 526 which had a great view of the ocean. We were able to view a beautiful sunrise each morning without even getting out of our bed.

We cannot complain

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked having a balcony. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. Staff was friendly. I will book again and request an ocean view.

The rooms were very clean. The staff yet slow at times (at check in) were courteous and helpful.

It was a little pricey for the service and amenities but all in all it was a nice stay.

Right on the beach. You can eat/drink in the hotel or there are A bunch of choices very close.

When we finally got the room we thought we paid for, it was very nice. The bed was comfy and the hot tub felt good

In the queen bed room the beds were very stiff and some of our lights didn't work

Our room was on the ocean and even though the weather and wind was bad we pulled back the curtains and enjoyed the sound of the waves and watched them from our chairs.

construction was taking place but we know that being the time of year it and they are trying to update before their best season customers. Even the workers spoke as we walked past.

There had been tons of remodling going on since October and the lobby was a mess. Elevator was not working when we first got there and had to climb stairs to 5th floor! Should have been on the website that they were remodling but it was not.

The indoor pool and hot tub,the bar ,the restaraunt,and the location.

The cold weather lol.Needs more rooms w jacuzzi tubs.

hotel was under construction of the lobby but the rooms and staff was great, especially the waitress, Linda, in the restaurant. Friendly and took the time to talk about the area and what to see.

Apperance of the hotel. This owner shows that he care and have invested money, time and the people to keep it looking sharp.

Price. Little expensive than other hotels and no continental breakfast

The hotel is badly in need of a facelift and update. It is looking very tired. They propose to refurbish the lobby next year. I hope they don't stop there!

100 dollar rooms should offer at least free coffee and breakfast

our room on fifth floor, last floor, was very hot. air conditioner did not cool room. maintenance said it was fine, but it was the warmest hotel room we were ever in.

The front desk manager who gave us a discount -- unasked -- when we checked in at 1 am after a 12-hour drive that should have taken 6. That courtesy alone is enough to bring us back.

We loved the proximity to the beach and availability of beach unbrellas for rent.

We were not happy with the entertainment change on Friday night in the lounge. Live music was advertised, but there was a comedy act in its place. We also wanted to stop in the lounge at 3:00 on Friday and were informed that they weren't open. Although it was a weekday, I feel that a hotel should be accommodating to it's customers who are vacationing and would like to unwind at various "off" hours.

The staff was excellent. Very courteous,helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions, restaurants,etc.

The access to the beach. I have ms and have problems with stairs so it wasn't very easy to get back & forth to the beach. If I chose somewhere else to stay for my next vacation to Nags Head, this might be a deciding factor. Other than that we were very pleased with the Ramada!

the room was small and next to the elevator. it wasn'T very clean and the toilet started leaking the last night we stayed.
