Renovated room

construction was going on in the hotel. I was unaware of that when booking the room. It was noisy at times.

Near the airport,useful if you arrive late. The room was good.

The Ramada has a very warm atmosphere.

The way I was greeted at the restaurant. A very abrupt young man was at the door. He was not polite. Combative. My suggestion would be to put a sign at the entrance about using the restaurant for breakfast: if you do not have a coupon,the charge will be ..... This would minimize any discussion with your staff. The waitress had to cover his rudeness.

I definitely would go back there

Jedidah, at the front counter, was very helpful and gave excellent guidance to make our first vacation to the area very successful.

The room could have been cleaner. There was trash and hair left from previous customers. We were awakened early from the sounds of renovations of the floor over our rooms.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean the bed was so comfy and neatly put together. Everything worked and the bathroom was clean as well... If needed again id definitely book this hotel

The location was hard to find at first and if you miss your exit you have to drive 3 mi into Bayonne to just turn around to come another 3 mi back

Airport shuttle - the price of a taxi for that distance frm airport would be prohibittive.

mediocre food

The staff here was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was quite good - I already miss the wings with Jack Daniels sauce! Willie at the bar is very nice and took care of us during our 3 day stay. I stayed here for a bagpiping workshop and the facilities worked out very well for that.

No hot water the last morning but they are going under renovations. Otherwise room was fine.

Liked the fact that the restaurant serves until 1am. We arrived on a delayed flight and hadn't eaten.Excellent airport shuttle service.

Old fashioned decor in the lobby, however the rooms have recently been refurbished.

The maids/housekeepers wre extremely friendly and courteous. They took their job serious and was aiming to please!!

the price was good, it was clean, the food was nice, the room service were good.

The staff needs to be more friendly, there was a funny smell once you enter the hotel.

Had to pay $15/day for parking, breakfast was the same food every morning and poor taste and worst of all our car was hit in the parking lot of the hotel & the hotel stay did not care to help!

We had to change rooms twice! Our first room the carpet was soaking wet and smelled of mildew and our second room was completely filthy, did not feel comfortable at all! For $120 a night I was expecting much better quality. Will not stay again!

We had a blast the staff was amazingly friendly, hotel is very clean, the shuttle service is excellent great if you had an early flight very very good, 24hr cafe was great for a late night snack hahaha..., The sports bar was great, the rooms were very nice my group/friendslove ramada plaza! Next trip planed already! ;P thanx for every thingn :)

Wireless Internet did not work in the full 3 days I was there. I was on business and this caused me severe loss, not having an Internet connection that was the selling point of the hotel..

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my stay. Firstly the hotel was undergoing renovation. That would not be a problem if they had undertaken this floor by floor but all floors were being renovated. Not sure what happen to the first room they gave me 334 but from what I can deduce by the dryer machine that they left in the room that the toilet above or in the room had overflowed. As I arrived late from JFK airport to Newark I was too exhausted to argue. All I know that the odor and condition did not let me shower the next morning which I needed to get to my first assignment.

By the time they changed my room all I heard in the moring was the banging and clanking of bed frames. Apparently they were not only renovating they were changing out the furniture. So too bad for those who stayed at the hotel and great for those coming into the hotel next week. On top of it all there were no batteies in the remote and I requested some batteries or new remote, of course they took so long 5 hours that I took the remote to the front desk and advised that I was going to the Best Western where my associates had remotes that worked. Nevermind the smell of Roman Red with some other chemicals on the 5th floor hallway.

I am sure I booked myself for Friday the 23rd since my departure from Bahrain was on 23rd booked on 17th November. Do not know how I got booked for Thursday the 22nd...Pls look into this and refund the amount. I have used booking.com for several trips previously and this is disappointing I had to pay for the extra night since I arrived on Friday. The hotel was not good at all. The fire alarm went out twice for no reason and we were asked to evacuate the building. Very basic. Kindly look into this and refund my amount for Thursday night of 22nd since I arrived only on 23rd.
