The staff at Teds Bar were very welcoming and accommodating.
The check in staff weren't as friendly and should maybe take some tips from Teds Bar.
Close to airport and shuttle bus
Corridors need cleaning
Room needed a upgrade
Location of the room and furniture
location shuttle service
Location, airport shuttle was great
Older sort of a place
All was great!
people were friendly rooms were good size
long wait for shuttle service at air port
Great accommodation at a very good price. Clean, good bathroom, good price, great location.
The internet did not work well at any place of the hotel.
We utilized your hotel for the day before and day after our excursion into NYC. The location was great, the shuttle service was great and I would rcommend this location to anyone looking at doing the same thing. The facilities could have been a bit cleaner but none the less we felt very comfortable at the location. Also, the breakfast and bar was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great experience.
Fitness room TV's were all out of order.
Ac was. Broken terrible,my room smells smoked.next to elevevation on 5 floo was so dirt,on floor don't smells. Clean.
Position and room
Slowness of service at breakfast
Large room. Shuttle bus to airport.
Very bad breakfast. No choise! One coffee or Orange Juice. . No both!
Good business class stay.
A little tuff to fine.
I loved the decor, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The hotel restaurant (Ted's) had great food. Convenience store open 24 hours.
No bell person, wifi weak, no ventilation in the bathroom. Parking was good, ticket stamp processing was confusing.
VERY comfortable bed
Asked receptionist about taxi to Amtrak - what she didn't tell us was that the taxi could ONLY drop off at SAME place as Shuttle! We paid $25 !!!!
The room was very nice as was the restaurant.
When I went down for breakfast, it was almost nonexistent. there were a few round tables and high chairs, not much space for the hundreds of people in the hotel. I guess not much space is necessary as what little choices there were had to be purchased. I bought a small coffee and large muffin for $5. Very disappointing!
Cleanliness is okay Some food availability in house
- Rooms are literally full of noise - usually in the mornings - Completely wrong or different information based on who you are talking to - Compleltly inflexible checkin checkout rules(again you will be treated like you don't know what a hotel stay means) being an airport hotel - I suggest to avoid this property by all means where possible, I would say the most terrible experience I ever had.
Close to the airport but a car is necessary. Airport shuttle service but not clear on the service times.
Restaurant staff very rude and unhelpful majority of staff lacking the minimum customer service skills. Housekeeping not so good asking for additional towels cups seemed to be a be a real inconvenience if tissues finished not replaced until asked. Standard of the room not very good the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. Lighting was poor telephone faulty and on the other side of the room not near the bed!! Bathroom small old looking needs updating. The only microwave in the hotel was ground floor near the gym. No safe in the rooms Being charged for a cup of hot water. Breakfast buffet $14 no value not even very nice limited choice Parking $15.25 per day Cafe ridiculous expensive $22 for a standard bottle of wine $2.75 for a $1.00 bottle of water. I knew that the hotel was a 3* but was really basic but good customer service skills start with good training.
Internet wifi Cleaness Comfort sleep
Location with bad puplic transportation
The bed was fantastic - super soft Massive LCD Flatscreen Big clean well furnished room USB ports in all the light fixtures Good WiFi Helpful Staff
We asked for a non-smoking room and whilst we got given one it certainly had been one at some point. Bathroom was slightly too small for me at 6'3.
Shuttle to NYC (US$ 25 round trip)
Wi-Fi in the room didn't work well, specially at night, impossible to connect.
Stayed for 9 days on a business trip. Shuttle service to airport and room cleanliness is the only good point.
Wi-fi was almost non existent (very poor connectivity). Hotel can generate value for money by improving on some services and including breakfast in price.
When I stated wifi in my room.is available only at the entrance to my room not @ other corners of room my room number is 739....toilet flush is not working properly they will give u Chinese food room delivery number .....but if u are solo travelers they will not deliver bcs when I go through that a single person can't have that much food bcs you have to order two persons but rest all things are excellent
the room itself was capacious, clean and comfortable. Nice to have food available 24/7.
I booked through Booking.com (obviously), at least 30' before we arrived, but when we tried to register they had no record of our booking, and we had no confirmation information. Stressful and aggravating. On the hotel side, the $15 parking charge was steep, and not clearly disclosed when we booked the room. When we paid the $15 and tried to leave the guy at the gate, inexplicably, tried to charge us an additional $4.50! Rip-off!
