All good - would stay again
Internet was slow and that poor connection, in addition, it continuously crashed.
People were quite friendly and happy to help.
The shuttle service is not frequent enough and some people were waiting for over an hour to get on the shuttle.
no proper glasses of coffee mugs, only paper cups no shower cap breakfast only available after 7am
fast check-in free airport shuttle
Room rate was slightly high compare to the quality, other thing I was expecting the hotel courtesy bus to shopping malls, and downtown ,,
Location is ok, staff members were in smily faces ,,
We had requested a wake up call as we had to catch a very early flight. We had to leave the hotel by 6:30. When my husband woke up at 6:15 we were shocked to realize that our wake up call didn't come through. We flew out of bed and grabbed our stuff. When we inquired at the front desk the desk clerk realized that there was a problem with the wake up system and many had missed there calls. We were booked in to stay when we were returning home and the young man said he would take 25.00 (cost of our taxi) off of the next stay. Of course this doesn't seem to be being honored now. Which only goes to show that you can no longer take anyone at their word. This was very disappointing. We just will find another "honest" hotel to stay at when travelling.
there was not enough of rags in the room for all that was in the room so we call and no one answer so we had to go down to the front desk and ask for more they said they will send someone up but no one ever came so we end up calling again and they say they will send someone up but it took them almost 1 hr.
they was clean and I like going into the bar
The room was extremely small; no closet to hang suit! Little space for maueuvering around the bed. Requested close to elevator and could not have been further away!!
Extremely slow check in. They added charges, thank God I read my bill before signing. Parking would have more than doubled my bill. The "manager" was rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
Not one thing
the sheets were not so comfortable. room was okay. location is good for getting back to airport but wouldn't want to walk around outside.
it was near by the airport. i could get free hot water from a 24 hour little shop.
It is not maintained
Very good restaurant in hotel.
Booze over priced. Food generally fair. Chicken wings over cooked. Restaurant usually very busy and was primarily a "sports bar" with a great deal of noise. Hard to have a good conversation. Restaurant not part of hotel but privately owned so charging to hotel bill not possible.
Restaurant on site. Server very pleasant and willing to correct some poorly cooked meals. Pricing acceptable for restaurant of this quality. Doubletree next door doesn't have a restaurant of any use. Residences there usually come "over the fence" to Ramada.
Rooms have been well and tastefully updated. Great value for the money.
I ended up waiting a while at the airport for the shuttle
Our garbage can said "Holiday Inn".
Bed and pillows bad
Check in and out
The shuttle problems. I was told it would arrive at :15 and :45 every hour. We showed up at 1:40am and waited until 2:25am when the shuttle finally arrived. The driver never even got out of the vehicle and texted while driving all the way to the hotel.
The hotel staff were kind and understood our issues with the shuttle and even gave us a reduced rate. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Price was just a little too steep
The location, the comfort and the hotel itself, food at the Restaurant was great
Pay for parking.
The hotel was super crowded due to several cancelation related to weather which made the wifi very very slow.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel has shuttle to Manhattan for $25 round trip, worth the stay!
Staff wasn't too friendly. Ordered room service they didn't call when food was ready when I went to get the food it was sitting on the counter cold. No apologies or anything staff seem annoyed for no reason. No microwave in room. Heating was broke in the gym
Heating system kept firing up in my room every 5 minutes, it sounded like a truck starting up, it still did it even when switched off, and there was no isolator to cut the power off. Wifi was rubbish throughout the hotel, took me 45 minutes to cancel my booking online when in the hotel using my phone, because the wifi was so poor, and kept timing out.
Room was nice, though bathroom was from the 70's. Lobby was nice though very cold
