Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was very pleasant with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Unfortunately there was a very bad thunder storm and rain leaked in around ther window. Maintance called and suggested we placed towels to absorb the water as there was nothing he could do at that time of night. |

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, with choices of pillow. There is free wireless internet, which in my view, should be an essential in all hotels - 5 star hotels are the worse offenders to charge a bomb for internet access. |

It was fantastic, such a nice and clean room. Excellent facilities, free in room internet. Very comfortable bed. I stayed a night there to get my flight on the next day. Frequent (every 30 min) van to the airport, took only 10 minutes, I strongly recommend it. |

I like that there was a hair dryer, iron, fridge and microwave in room In ad it said shuttle for 5 mile radius but in reality the shuttle only went to Ohare and the closest El train. also was told it left on the hour and half hour. waited for shuttle for 40 min --from 10 min to 2:00, it returned from where ever it was at 2 :10 and the driver made us wait till 2:30 before it left again. |

It was o.k. for a single nights stay for the money. Inside the room was old, clean but dated. Same to be said for the resturant and Lounge. Not any kinda of a place to impress anyone. Be was clean and free shuttle service. Tollerable for a night, but not for more than that. |

Location I would rate this Hotel as Motel , there were no refill of shampoo , soap . Manual A/c and heating. You have to get up at night and adjust the A/c if it is cold or too hot. The bed was lousy and not comfortable at all . The tap in washroom was broken. Bath tub was filling up as you take shower and it takes an hour to drain all water. You have to ask to change the linen every day otherwise there is no change. |

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, nice shower/bathroom. Liked that they encourage people to reuse towels to save energy and water. The staff were hurried but efficient. Couldn't find the shuttle at the "L" when arriving. Couldn't understand the shuttle driver (Hispanic) when leaving. |

Everything worked perfectly, timely pick up at the airport, fast trip next day to the airport. The staff (front desk, van driver, bar tender) was polite and efficient. It was a perfect stay. The room was very comfortable, free fast internet. The location is good, close to ord and to the train to the city. |

The service was excellent. The use of the shuttle to the airport was invalueable. My only disappointment was the food. We ate breakfast which was very bland and not worth the money. It was a shame since everything else was perfect. |

I stayed there so as to catch an early morning flight. There is a shuttle to the airport from the hotel that runs every half-an-hour or so. I had stayed there before (I think it was a Ramada back in the day) they cleaned up the place well. The hotel has no free computer to check-in for the flights and print boarding passes (!!), I ended up forking $10 to use their browser for 5 minutes and print three boarding passes. This is simply ridiculous for an airport hotel. |

We got a room at this hotel for $69!!! You can't beat that price in Chicago even if you are staying at a hostel! The hotel staff was very helpful when booking.com forgot to send the request. They worked with me and my room was ready in no time. Although check-in time is 3pm, our room was ready by 9:30am! It looks like they are pet-friendly and have a shuttle to the airport. Getting to the Blue line "L" station isn't far, but you do have to cross a busy 4 lane street with no crosswalks. Also, (and this does not reflect the hotel, but booking.com) the hotel had no reservation for us because booking.com did not send it. Fortunately, the hotel staff were friendly and had enough room to squeeze us in when we provided a confirmation email. If you are using booking. |

Efficient check-in/out, very nice and large room, close to the train to the city, shuttle to the airport Very comfortable beds, nice people at the check in We arrived at noon and our room was already ready for us Helpful advice on how to get to downtown, map and so on from the front desk the barmaid was extremely rude, a chess club was using the bar area and we were not allowed to sit down even this was the time for the manager's reception Priority Club members were given voucher for a free drink but we got none even I am a member. We were dropped off at the domestic check-in but we requested drop off at the international check-in |
