Visit Chicago. It was cheap but still nice. Breakfast was good. And the hotel was acrossed the street from the Blue Line metro into the city.

The bed was big and comfy Pool was closed, most of the gym is equipment is broken/unusable, air con didnt work in the gym.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night was ok but after going out for a full day we came back to a very noisey a/c unit. We called the front desk and a mgr ( David ) came up immed. Unfortunately he could not fix it nor did he have any one at that time of night(approx 9:00) to fix it... So he was able to move us to another room(which was the good news) which meant packing everything , However(the bad news)it was a smoking room which was horrible. He said there was nothing else avail. So basically we had no choice. Everytime we got off the elevator it smelled like a casino not mention our room. Really bad. Now about tyhe free breakfast.. We first had to ask for the vouchers then the Buffet (if you can call it that) was not good. Not nearly enough to choose from and what was there was not fresh. They should take lessons from the holiday inn staten island new york where we stayed just before chicago.

Holiday Inn waa an excellent stay. The room was super clean. Bedding was nice. Flat screen tv. Bathroom exceptionally clean, and the staff was super nice and accomodating. Ialso liked the fact that the hotel was 35 minutes from downtown on the blue line train I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to chicago. I give this hotel 3 and 1/2 stars

The close accessibility to our destination. I do not appreciate the staff using my credit card number to put erroneous charges on, none of which were authorized. We left the room as we found it, and this is still an on-going battle to seek resolution. Additionally, my room charge, which was already paid for on bookings.com, was also charged to my debit card!!!! Very unhappy!

Hotel vieillissant situé dans le nord de Chicago à env. 30Km du centre Un environnement type "périphérique Paris" ... très moche mais idéal pour court séjour (je ny ai séjourné qu'une nuit) : à 15/20 minutes de l'aéropot d'O'hare (transfert gratuit proposé par l'hotel). Le centre ville est joignable via train (45 mns de trajet) gare à 10 mns à pied de l'hotel). Erreur Booking : bien que booking mentionnait sur ma confirmation de résa que ma cb serait débitée dès confirmation par Booking de ma réservation : il n'en n'était rien, j'ai du régler ma chambre à l'enregistrement... J'étais presque à court de cash !
