Beds were comfortable. Our stay was great!
Queen Beds were to small for 2 people. No breakfast opion when making reservations, and no military discount oping when booking online.
We liked that the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk Lady was very informative and very attentative. Very nice stay. We would stay again
The only down fall was the jacuzzi did not look clean.
really enjoyed the place. very clean. restaraunt was quiet. pool was small but i slept well inspite of the heat outside.
How clean the rooms were .
We booked 2 rooms with double queen beds and they put us in 2 rooms with full beds. Then they had to move is 2 times from room because the 1st room the shower was clogged the 2nd room the fridge didn't work. So they finally got it right and we went to eat breakfast and it took about 2 hours before we got our meal! It was horrible will never stay there again. When we told tmanagement it was bad experience all they said was sorry and we told them about the restaurant and they said that they aren't associated with the restaurant wich makes no sense but all in all it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I will never stay there again.
The restaurant staff were terrible. We waited 20 minutes for someone to at least come to our table to greet us and they never came. The restaurant was not even busy - 7 tables with people.
Poor security, mupltiply small maintainence issues
The bed was good, the room clean, we used the laundry which was also good and clean, coffee available all the time.
We could here the family in the next room who were very loud, unfortunately. We were on the ground floor, so next time I would ask for an upper level room. The people next to us made the stay difficult, not the hotel.
I signed up for rewards and did not receive an email on it. I think it did not get done
Trouble with the acess cards to the room and side door facility.
pool and free wi-fi. Female desk people were great.
booked two queens and was given 2 doubles, said they had no others available it was after 4 pm and they offered to move us later when rooms where clean. Breakfast was very good but the food selection in restaurant at night was from India and expensive. Two males at desk in afternoon where short with me like they had no time for my simple questions regarding what I booked and what I got. I thought double bed rooms were cheaper and they said no way. Would not stay again.
Shower was bizarrely designed.
Location and ease of access to freeway. Bed was clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby
1) They didn't have the room I reserved (2 Queen beds) for us when we arrived and was put in a room with a single bed right across from the elevators with tile floor(never heard so many roller bags in my life) 2) The staff were very stressed and seemed like there was too many things to do for one person at the desk (?) 3) Eventually we got into the right room after a lot of confusion because the night manager did not leave instructions for the day staff to take care of our room swap. 4) The cost of the hotel seems to me to be way too high for the value. Something like $69/night seems about right rather than the $200/night (after all the fees and taxes are added)
staff friendly and helpful to find places to eat and directions to where we needed to go.
smelly on 2nd floor need new carpet in hallways also notice towels in front of a room for the 2 days we stayed there.
Thermostat was hard to get to the right temp. It would shut off when trying to cool the room down
Quiet area but easy to got around by taxi and lots of places to eat. Sam the night manager should be a travel agent or advisor as he knows everything and very helpful and knowable
Not a great restaurant
Staff was nice.
Hotel was not clean. Safe in room was broken. Keys did not work. Very noisy. Tough crowd outside.
Incredibly LOUD! It's right near the freeway (which we obviously knew when we checked in) however the rooms appear to have zero weather stripping and you can hear everything going on outside! We were wide awake half the night, it's like you don't have a door at all!
Staff; especially the morning chef, was great. $5 for hot breakfast, cooked to order is a deal.
Clean beds, large and open shower was a plus. Hot tub/pool was enjoyable.
Some minor repairs needed to be done to the room, IE a screw missing here, switch missing there though nothing that interfered with the stay, nor the great look of the room.
We were given double beds instead of queens...but the staff corrected this. Our first room had a broken bathroom door and no soap. We called down for soap was told it would come up but never did. New room had no closeable blinds or curtains. Facing the main road and gas stations this was not ideal. Staff was rude at times (not the restaurant though they were great.) There was an issue with my credit card due to the car rental company double holding by accident.....so second night they called us at 1:45 am!!! REALLY...we are booked for 5 nights.....you haul me down at 2 in the morning!!! I would have understood if they came or called us down 5 or 6 in the morning. No hot water in hotel the last day. One waiter proceeds to tell us how he hasnt washed his hands due to it and he was at the strippers the night before and he has cockroaches in his new apartment.....GROSS! Ordered two different breakfasts but they came the same as " the cook looked at the wrong picture and didnt know what a skillet was" Hot tub sprays water up and out...temp was luke warm. Wifi was almost non existant
we were told the breakfast was not included. But after we presented the confirmation letter from Booking.com in which breakfast is included. The staff was very happy to offer us the free breakfast.
The food was unappealing. I bought the breakfast package for my 3 day stay and didn't use my voucher(I paid for) for 2 of the 3 mornings b/c the food was just not good. My room was right beside a rapper and his entourage. The reason I knew that was because his RV with his picture was parked in the parking lot. They were loud, people came in and out of his room all night long. The staff did nothing. The AC Unit is really loud in the room -- thank goodness -- b/c it drowned out most of the noise coming from his room. This Holiday Inn is in a seedy area. Know that before you book. I'll never stay here again.
Tamara checked us in and was very helpful. Loved the pool area. The hotel was also very easy to find.
All the shopping & good restaurants were at least one mile away from the hotel.
