Room did smell a little musty and the bed was not very comfortable.
Location was reasonably close to airport
No balcony , long walk to centre of Waikiki
Great value , clean and comfortable
It smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. Although I had a smoke free room and so we're the rooms surrounding me, someone was still smoking and the smoke-smell was very strong in my room. It was almost hard to breathe. I probably wouldn't stay here just for this reason.. I'd rather stay at the Aqua palms next door for cheaper and it doesn't smell.
Comfortable beds; rooms are decent size; nice bathroom for 1-2 people. Definitely could not imagine 4 people in the room.
The hotel is clean and in walking distance to Waikiki beach and the Ala Moana shopping center. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is across the street Good option if you don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel. Waikiki beach was great! Clean and quite waters. Amazing holiday!
Small rooms; oberpriced
Small bathroom for a family of 4.
I like the free HH chocolates and water bottles as well as free coffee and ice water from 6am-11am. Front desk employees - 2 men - at night is more friendlier than morning staff - 1 man and 1 female. I waited for 5 minutes behind a customer who had questions and a male employee helped answer all questions. The female employee was looking on the computer and acted like she did not see me. over 3.5/5 star experience.
Parking was $20/day. On very busy street, but well located. Front desk not particularly welcoming or friendly.
Housekeeping employee Mila did great job keeping room neat and clean. Others not as diligent. Proximity to ABC Stores to buy supplies for b' fast, lunch supplies, or personal Happy Hours". Nice swimming pool. Helpful concierge to plan excursions and dinners.
Older outdated facility but good for traveling on a budget if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in room.
Great location to nice restaurants, the beach and the bus stop. Bed comfortable and good coffee in the lobby each morning. Staff nice and helpful.
WIFI speed is a little slow
Staff is very helpful
Noise, noise! Right beside expressway
Clean, cooperative staff and close to airport
The staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The hotel is not glamorous but it met our needs perfectly. We were out and about exploring Honolulu while awaiting a cruise of the islands.
Near the bus stop for #20 & #42 to Pearl Harbor!!
Location Value for Money Amenities
Coffee and tea facility in bathroom and not convenient had to make cona of coffee no instant
Great location and frendily staff
Check in policy. Its a bit of a hassle when your plane gets in early in the morning. But all sorted out in the end.
Good value for money. Ideal location to everything. Short walk to Waikiki. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Able to relax after a busy day. Very helpful staff. They are always ready to help with anything. I will stay there again and highly recommendable.
Manager that checked us in.
No restaurant, facilities run down. Exercise facilities fairly small for size of hotel.
Easy access to airport.
Reception unhelpful (no smiles, eye rolling, smirking). Just doesn't feel very welcoming for a destination such as Hawaii. The carpet can use a bit of renewing. There's a cat chasing mice's outside the building at night (two nights in a row, I doubt its a once off event).
The location is central
Bed was too soft.Pillows were too hard and too full.A/C in some rooms were too noisy.
Could not make a cup of tea. Hard to find if self drive.
Staff very friendly, parking did not seem a problem. The rooms were well maintained and made over daily. Central location to what Waikiki has to offer.
Easy walk to Ala Moana Center, fridge and microwave in the room, small balcony for fresh air, nice furniture and linen, friendly/helpful staff.
Everything was clean and the hotel is on the main arterial through Waikiki. Restaurants are close by (an easy walk) and the beach is a short walk. Major shopping is available in the mall located a short walk away. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is an extra $20/day in their lot.
In our room in 16th floor with the direction to the ocean the window was poorly isolated, so all the time there was a street noise in our room. Even during the night, so sleep was quite poor. But compared with the Hilton cross the road were I stayed for a while it was quite similar experience. Worth the money. Breakfast is not an option here.
Most of things were ok.
