There is no service to have equipped my room with proper working remote for television.
This was my second time staying there and what made me return was the staff was very accommodating and nice. The location of the hotel was centrally located for my travel places.

My girlfriend didn`t like the bathroom. The tub was broke had to use the shower to fill the tub up. There was not enough towels and it was very cold in there.
I like the price and the location. The room itself was ok.

The first room was very dirty and we were moved to a second room and the sheets were stained with dirt. We requested our money back and left for another hotel.
The staff member that was working the front desk was excellent.

Nothing, it was all great.
Fridge and microwave were super handy. Price was more than fair.

I didn't like how I had to ask for the things to be done that should have previously been done. I didn't like the fact of seeing dried on blood lying on the toilet. I didn't like the fact that one of the rooms' toilets was out of order. I didnt Iike the fact that I had booked my room prior to the date and wasn't properly notified that my room was unavailable until I called to ask a question a few hours before arriving then it took over a half hour after arriving for them to get the booking situated because of poor communication within staff
I liked how only had to ask for something to be done once

My biggest complaint is the paper thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors said and did.
its clean for the price I paid ($70) and about what you would expect, but it needs a makeover which they are in the middle of.

Hotel was very shabby and tired Very little noise protection between rooms. We had noisy neighbours and you could practically hear every word.
room was comfortable Location excellent for travel in and out of Cleveland Also very easy to find a choice of restaurants.

The floors seemed to be vaccuumed every so often. Not after each stay. Needs major updating.
I liked that i got a big two bedroom room. If you want a good room, go for the king or queen suit. Has a seperate room that is the bed room. Also a dinning table. Great for the price!

Hole in bedroom wall, roaches, dirty linen, elevator stinks, and my bathroom was dirty. The staff was not accomadating.

Carpet in the room was very dirty. The curtains had holes in them and the drapes didn't close. The free breakfast was useless. The toaster was broken. Every table was filthy. Every table in the corridor was filthy. All the carpet in the corridor and lobby was filthy. The staff didn't try to be friendly.
Location was great for us.

It was not previously mentioned that there was a cash deposit required at time of check in (if paying with cash). Though reluctant, the manager worked it out after the staff member cancelled the reservation due to no deposit.

This is a hotel that has seen better days, as a Ramada Inn and Conference Center. It has changed hands, and the present owners are doing as little as possible, it seems, to update and maintain the facilities. There was mold around the bathtub, and the ceiling plaster in our room was crumbling. The carpets in the corridor of the Conference Center, leading to the breakfast room, were badly stained. The lobby is dimly lit, and uninviting, and the check-in process took forever (slow computer? antiquated system? poorly-trained front-desk staff?) to complete! We have stayed here twice this summer; the first time, there was no fridge or microwave in our room, as promised on the reservation, and it took nearly two hours to have them brought in! There was also a wild party of teenagers going on in the Conference Center, that ended in a big fight and ultimately required eleven police cars to control! The mess in the hotel the next morning was awful. Finally, the breakfast offerings are very minimal --- the worst of any hotels we stay in --- although the attendant works incredibly hard to satisfy the guests! (She even made our waffles for us!) But there are no breakfast meats offered, no scrambled eggs (just hard-boiled), and a very paltry selection of breads and muffins to choose from. Altogether, it seems to us that the new owners are simply in the business of raking in the revenues from guest-stays without investing much, if anything, in improving the decaying facilities and/or updating them. There is a certain "depressing" feel to the hotel, which is really too bad, because this could really be a beautiful place to stay overnight.
The room we had was large and comfortable, with a working fridge and microwave, which were important to us. The hotel accepted our dogs, which is why we chose it. The location is excellent, just off I-90, and right on our route. The surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful, with a large lawn and woods. The facilities, if they were kept up, would be absolutely outstanding!

Please don't take this the wrong way but we had some difficulties understanding the person at the front desk, greeting the customers.

Nothing, in fact we walked in the place and the smell was horrific, the place was filthy, people had come in the pool area and just taken their clothes off and were swimming in their underwear. We checked out a room, got grossed out and went back to the registration desk and turned in the keys and cancelled the stay. I wouldn't end my worse enemy here.
