Reasonable price, good room, good restaurant (not the Diner) Very unsecure area arond the hotel. They tried to charge a higher price, than confirmed by booking.com. Had to argue a little. The inside-casino is a joke. When you want to gamble, try Peppermill Casino.

I liked the diner in the casino and the room was cozy! The pool was empty and there wasn't a spa!

very friendly staff clean room quiet wifi access location a bit dingy and distance from downtown at check-in they had no record of my reservation...they called in a confirmation with booking.com. booking.com immediately sent me an apology (very impressive) and it appears that they had faxed the reservation but the hotel had not picked it up

It was OK. Served its purpose. It felt like a local hang out, not sure if that is a good or bad thing. During my stay there was a party below me that kept going till very late into the night, early into the morning. Loud music and disturbed my rest. I was on the 11th floor.

It had an exercise room/gym. Bed was too hard. Not enough outlets for use (i.e.- phone charger, laptop). Noisy, leaky hot water faucet making shower water inconsistent (very hot then very cold and no in between) Garbage was found behind bed on the day of arrival.

Easy to get to Mt Rose ski resort approx 30 min. Lots of parking available. Located on its own and wouldnt feel safe walking to downtown area after dark
