Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Reserved king bed and it wasn't available. Bed sheets were severely pilled. HVAC needs upgrading
Trying to find the hotel was a nightmare. Even the sheriff did not know where River Ford Parkway was!
Easy access to Room for disabled client but no trolleys for luggage and necessary medical equipment
The pillows were probably the least impressive part of the stay. They were pretty sad little affairs.
The newness and the huge window, affording a view and letting in lots of natural light.
The hotel was not clean, the wifi did not work and things were outdated and untended. There was exposed mold in the bathroom and the trash was rank and not removed for the duration of the stay. The elliptical in the fitness room gave off electrical shocks if the heart monitor panels were touched. It needs deep cleaning and repair throughout.
The location was central to lots of activities and restaurants.
Was under the impression we were going to have a jacuzzi tub when I booked..pictures are misleading.that was actually the ONLY reason I picked this one and paid $30 more. Upon explaining this to front desk she was very polite about it but said she could move us to one for an additional $30 more...of course I declined and we stayed..wishing I had that tub to soak in after walking all over Biltmore though...also water was strange in shower it would literally change temps from hot to cold to warm to cold and back to hot all in a matter of minutes. .of course when it turned cold and I tried to adjust hotter I regretted it because then when it switched back to hot it burned me :-/ other than these things are stay was great...staff very friendly..very clean place..
Was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go..very clean and comfortable
Location was confusing, difficult to find at night and was not conspicuously marked by signs. Was not visible from the highway.
Although the room was on the second floor, Parking was on same level, no steps to climb.
Outside security door lock was disabled, and the outside light by the door was out. The door to the room was also broken, so if you did not jiggle the handle when you left, the lock wouldn't lock and anyone could enter the room with no access card. Cat food on the floor in the room when we checked in. Only plastic ware at breakfast, no real silver ware plates or cups.
WiFi worked well and didn't require an access code.
The only complaint was the smell of the room, and the air conditioner fan did not stay on. I don't know if that is how it supposed to work or not, but the heater fan did stay on.
I liked the breakfast hours. I liked the large room.
The hotel staff was not helpful. Decor of room was kind of busy. Location was a bit out of the way. Wanted to upgrade to King size bed and was given a run around eventhough rooms were available.
Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and sausage.
Several trips to relocate Ramada!
Easiest trip to fanciest estate!
Facility is in poor repair. A bit dirty as well.
Good location and spacious room
Very convenient location with plenty of places to visit and dining.
Asked for a room change because of noisey children at11.30 in evening keeping us awake.receptionist Mr patel most unhelpful and rude
Registration was fast and easy. The person that checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.
It was convenient to shopping and a place to have dinner.
clean, comfortable, excellent staff, will use on a return trip.
old facility, need renovation, smell bad
not that this is a big issue, but maybe a little more variety for breakfast
friendly, helpful staff. clean rooms and convenient location. couldn't ask for more for the price I paid
Management was very rude and the room fair. Cigarette burns in the sheets, bathrooms NOTHING like the pictures online. Very displeased.
The fact that it was pet friendly and had a fenced in area to accommodate my pets.
This place is a great value for the money. It was clean and located just minutes from downtown. It is not fancy, but it has everything you need.
I found the property a bit complicated esp when I arrived very late. NO ice in my building, had to walk a long way or drive around the building to get it, no beverage machines. Beds are very uncomfortable. The entire facility is very dated but that's ok. The rooms are very sterile looking. The basics that's it. Had a run in w a staff member about ice. Went to the front desk to ask about it - I had to walk down more stairs and then end of the hall. My area machine was broke. I told the WOMEN at the desk it was very inconveniant and she FLIPPED. She loudly and rudely asked what me room number was. I just looked at her and told her she was in a bad need of a day off - I had heard her on the phone as I walked in that she had worked 13 days in a row. Anyways - this tirade about ice - she put her hand up to my face and told me to got out of the lobby. I was too tired to react but this woman needs help. The dated facility didn't bother me. I liked the location and quiet. All other staff were super nice. Housekeeping is not good. When I arrived the door to the hotel laundry was open - kinda creepy. The last two nights I was there I had one wash cloth and ran out of toilet paper and they were not replenished. I would probably stay again. I liked the quiet, yet secluded, yet close to everything location and the price.
Location, price , quiet (except Sat nights), pretty area
The noise was awful! Disrespectful guests. Couldn't sleep through the night. Grounds were in awful condition. Smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking building.
Breakfast was okay, staff was very helpful! Location was okay.
The hotel did not seem very clean, also the room did not smell good. There was a dirty sock under my bed.
The mints at the front desk
Large jacuzzi- like tub.Very nice suite.
That my GPS couldn't get me there!
The staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
