Score from 148 reviews Very good

Score from 205 reviews Good
The hotel was convenient to downtown and to the mall. WI FI was not explained to us but was not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and would stay again
There was a dead bug don't the wall when we checked in and was still there when we checked out two days later. A cob web near the ceiling had at least two weeks of dust accumulation.
The price for what you got
The room came advertised free breakfast. as it turned out it was a continental breakfast, free to all rooms. That is why I got the room. This was our anniversary....not a big hit with the wife, thanks a lot for that one, so we ate at McDonalds , the coffee pot in the room was broke and it made a big mess in the bath room, the hot water burned my hand as I tryed to stop the over flow of hot coffee running all over our stuff! I informed the office and requested a replacement coffee maker. When we made the coffee the next morning we found the coffee maker was never replaced. Again, thanks for that one. When I told them of my hurting hand from the hot coffee all staff did was look at me. No one cares.....I know this doesn't reall mean much to you all, but if the wife isn't happy then no one is. I'm on a fixed income with veteran disability. Money is hard to come by. I set this all up by myself...was proud, now embarrassed. Blame falls on me, for choosing this chain. Have a nice day.
The Ramada was a little bit older, but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, kind and courteous and we were close to everything we may want to see. I thought you couldn't get a better bang for your buck, these days its hard to find some place decent that doesn't want an arm and a leg. This was perfect for us and what we were there to do.
Some tiling in the bathroom near the tub that needs replacing, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
did not find anything that I would say good about this place
did not feel safe, place was not clean, had a cockrouch crawl across the wall. would not stay there again. Should have paid us to stay there.
Very difficult to find. Need better signage.
I felt it was hard to fine
The room and amenities were very nice, although we could not enjoy the grounds much due to the weather. Nice location, tucked away behind a shopping center with a great view. I loved our large window and spacious and convenient room.
Breakfast was, quite honestly, a horrible start to the day. The food choices were not bad, but the woman working during the weekend was stressing me and everyone else out! She was loud and demanding of guests, making me feel unwelcome and as if I was in her way.
Loved the location, the hotel, the room, the staff.
were it was great locate
Location, overall bang for the buck.
The breakfast very mediocre. Need bacon/sausage. Coffee very weak.
Convenient location. Courteous desk staff.
Multiple buildings. Deferred maintenance.
The comfort.....and front desk staff..
I stay there all the time but the last time I stayed nothing was working the toilet the air conditioning two lights.
when I left!
Nasty out dated, would never stay again!
place is old very outdated towel bars were hanging off the walls missing screws light fixtures were barely hanging on the walls to toilet seat was barely on there the place is old and very much in need of renovation it's really a dump
Friendly staff, breakfast, and quiet facility. Like that it is equipped with pool, basketball goal, and playground.
Exercise facility could use and upgrade.
Shower head great
Tv iffy Ac didn't work..very loud No yogurt for breakfast Price very high for what we got
location was central to what we wished to do (Biltmore estate) nearby restaurant (cheddars) was excellent. breakfast was fine amenities in rm (coffee, T.V. fine
very difficult to find - signage poor because apparently the municipality is restrictive. GPS also led us through town which was not necessary, could not regulate the heating system in the room low fan was loud and heat became unbearable therefore would have to turn off fan and then room cooled quickly room was obviously dated. we found the same problem with a Ramada in Statesville
Well located for visits to Biltmore estate and village and to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and to a wonderful used books bookstore. Good breakfast. Rooms okay for price.
Lack of security of rooms as door to outer stairs not secured.
Shabby, run down hotel overall. The room had crumbling tile where the carpet met the bathroom and I cut my foot on it. Bed linens should've been replaced years ago, carpet was soiled. Breakfast was powdered eggs, no meat selection and all the rest cheap, poor quality pastries, french toast sticks. Patel family who either owns this franchise property or is running it for Ramada has to realize that minimum expectations are higher in our country. I am surprised Ramada lets them get away with how shabby this property is. I went by the Bookings.com rating when I booked this hotel and now feel like I can never trust Bookings.com reviews again. I wish I had my money back. This hotel should be given 1 star and that's only because it did provide free wi-fi that worked reliably.
I like every thing
Water pressure in shower; Water temperature; Parking is good; There is a Walmart and some amenities within a five minute drive.
Room smelt of cigarette smoke; staff did nothing about this; The safety bolt on the door came off, essentially removing a layer of security; the staff did nothing about this while we were there; The room was dirty and when we returned even after the cleaners were there, the floors still had hair and dust on them; The cleaning staff did not leave sufficient toiletries in the room and we had to ask for them at the front desk.
The bath tub size and hot tub jets were marvelous!
Décor is dated. Too old and somewhat worn
