The only complaint is the lack of a microwave in room.
We'll we really liked the warm welcome and friendly staff, we also enjoyed the great b Free breakfast
We'll the building is in a real need of a makeover, carpets were really dirty, bathroom had portions of the floor at the bath tub shower basin had black mold as well as the tub surround, the room had a bad odor, I don't blame the cleaning personal I believe this place needs to be renovated
Location and price
Facilities lacking, no fitness room.
location was close to where we needed to be.
Not a lot of room in the breakfast area for seating. Rooms could be a little noisy, more from room above than beside.
Location was fine.
Room was in terrible condition. Will be my last time staying there.
Very dirty hotel. Old facilities.
The location for our purpose was great. Centrally located to our plans for the weekend!
Sorry, no elevator available as I have both knees bad. But the steps from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor was not too bad.
Staff was wonderful!! I had phone troubles, wifi connection troubles, no place to sit at breakfast, every time, they went out of their way to make things right! We even got a new phone out of the box. Thanks staff. I wish you had a nicer facility to work at because your all top notch.
Dropped an item on the floor, wiped it up with a facecloth and it turned black with the filthy carpet. After this I told my boys to wear shoes the whole time. Beds were hard I had sore hips in the morning. I visit hotels many times a month, this one is pretty low quality.
Housekeeping did a very good job.
Would have liked a broader breakfast selection.
We have stayed here before and would return. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is always fresh and tasty.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was easy to find. It was quiet for a good night sleep.
The hot tub was not working and the rooms should all have a frig and microwave in all of them
The outdoor pool which was open until 11pm. Breakfast was good and I liked the availability of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa 24/7.
The ceiling in the bathroom had holes in the ceiling along with peeling wallpaper. The mattress had a very visible brown stain on the side of it. No microwave or fridge in rooms. When I arrived both front desk ladies where sitting behind the counter listening to music on their phones and it took them a minute to realize there was even someone there. It was 10:30 am when we checked out, breakfast is over at 10 to my understanding and the front desk person had not yet cleaned up, instead was sitting behind the desk on his laptop. Very unprofessional.
The two gals working the afternoon shift were pleasant and very helpful. The answered all of our questions and were very helpful when asking them for extra towels.
One of the gentlemen on the day shift seemed to be very nonchalant when we told him about the problem we were having with the door to the bathroom. It was explained to him that The door hinge on the top of the door was loose and should be tightened. He told us his maintenance man was gone until Tuesday. We asked if he had a screw driver and when he said he thought he had one, we asked to used it and fixed the door ourselves. No more problem closing the door. Also, we noticed that the floor appeared not to be vacuumed as there was a nail on the floor the entire time we stayed at the hotel.
Everything is good accept NEEDS MICROWAVE..
No microwave. Needs microcave.
Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, clean bathroom.
Carpets are filthy. Our feet and socks got so dirty just walking on the floor. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and sauna, unfortunately they were out of service. Pool is too small for the number of people that stay there.
Convenient location right off the highway.
We were given rooms in the "second building", never a good sign. It looked like an older hotel they had bought out right next door. We got into our rooms (2 of them) and they smelled musty and damp. One of the rooms had a broken door frame where the door had been forced open. There was no way to feel safe in that room. When we tried telling the desk clerk about it he insisted we were wrong. One room had updated bedding, but there were no blankets on the bed or any extra in the room. The other room had extremely dated bedding that looked dirty. It was a terrible experience, don't stay there. Maybe their real hotel building is nicer.
They had a great continental breakfast.
The pool was a little cold for comfort and the hot tub was closed.
No mini-fridge in room
Overall the room was clean and a nice size. It had three chairs, so you aren't left sitting on the bed only. Was pretty quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
When I booked the room through Booking.com, I specifically chose a room that was listed as having a spa tub. When I got to the room, it did not have a spa tub. I asked at the front desk about it and was told none of the queen rooms have a spa tub, only the king rooms. Very disappointing and misleading listing. Also I would expect Ramada rooms to have microwaves and/or mini fridges.. nope.
no refrigerator booking thru booking.com didn't allow us to build points with wyndenham
I loved the location of the hotel it was close to everything. The rooms were great it had plenty of space for the kids to play.
Very helpful staff. Friendly and patient!
A little noisy when another room had people taking showers. Not bad though!
I asked for a non-smoking room. I was put in a building with smoking allowed. The whole building stunk. The towels were stained, the floor was dusty and the heater had dirt in it as if a potted plant was spilled in it. I would rename the place, the RATHOLE INN. It was totally gross.
Poor housekeeping. Scant breakfasts, little variety.
