Breakfast i supose to be 6 to 9 one day i was there 8:30 they tell me it finish
Value for money wasnt bad
Was a little worried because of the location and with the car parked outside. Nothing happened luckily!
Staff was very polite and helpful when checking in and out. The price was reasonable.
The hotel needs to be updated. There were stains on carpet and in bath tub. The bathroom door was cracked. The view from my window was the dumpster. Did not feel clean. Would never stay there again. Also, tried to call front desk twice but no one answered phone.
all of it
Not a thing it was trashy and disgusting and nothing works
Internet connection terrible tv half works it's all fuzzy and worst than rabbit ears. Furniture nasty and falling apart bed feels like sleeping on pine cones elevators not up to code carpet is stained an smells like shit and skunks together and I couldn't get money back if I wanted to leave at checkin
I didn't like it at all. I only stayed for 3 hours and the charged me 84$, this is crazy. Is a Terrible hotel for all that money..
Hotel seems a bit antiquated. Needs to be updated.
the cleaniness of the hotel.
the need to upgrade the TV, channels were too static/ it would be nice if the had more option for breakfast beside the waffles. ex: eggs, sausages
the staff was friendly and helpful
the lack of parking and teenage fights that happened outside the hotel stemming from the lounge on the ground floor. Walking in you couldn't hear because of the music. The wallpaper and walls were falling/chipping and I found trash left from the last guest in my room.
Non smoking room on second floor assigned was originally a smoking and you could still smell, they had to switch rooms and third level rooms were more decent n clean. Breakfast at 6am not ready we had to leave without our breakfast! Had to wait half an hr to check out no one at reception desk
quiet, comfortable bed, cheerful staff
very, very tired building & facilities. quiet location, but delicately situated between a refuse management plant and Shell storage tanks...!
I liked the fact it was clues to the Bridgeport boat. That's it!
Dirty, broken steps back door, door had a hole punched in, breakfast room was dirty and chaotic. Staff didn't clear tables and seem to be working unsupervised. No one competent in sight. No one in charge. This is the worst hotel experience in my life!
Close to Ferry to Long Island
All adds advertise a pool, but there isn't 1. Very disappointing for my 11 year old!!
How hard the staff works on making you overlook the hotel's terrible faults. Every single member of the staff is excellent.
The location! Right next to a huge garbage dump, the smell is unbearable. The building is crumbling from lack of maintenance (paint, rugs, tiles, etc).
It's a trucker's hotel. No security. Not meant for family stay.
Room was clean.
Hallway had a bad odor.
Price, staff, restruanant.
Key card worked intermittently . TV screen had some spots on it.
Hotel was right off the highway. Gal at the continental breakfast was very sweet.
Room was on the 5th floor, with no working elevator, had to carry bags up and down 5 flights of a dirty stairway. Attached bar attracted what seemed to be an undesirable crowd and bar was right next to registration desk. Hotel was dirty and musty smelling.
employees very nice and helpful
the only reason I booked this was the pool ,of course it was not open ,closed for repairs. room smelled very musky . the smell of weed in the hall ways was strong. front counter employee was wearing a t-shirt so I wasn't sure if he was an employee or just some guy (but he was very nice). free breakfast was ok but it seemed like there was more employees eating than guest. over all I would not have book this hotel not even for the price. pictures on the web site are much better than what you get .
Staff was friendly.
There is way to much riff raff hanging around there at nights. Trash left at exits.
it was comfortable and quiet and the staff was excellent and very helpful.
The room was outdated. The comforter had burn marks.
Rooms old s nd run down. Stains broken faucets, peeling wallpaper
the room was a nice clean and stylish room. the tv worked well and the lighting room set up for usability good
carpets outside of the rooms were stained an shoddy. I don't believe that it was stated that the complimentary breakfast was continental. I wanted to eat at the restaurant but the bar crowd and music was too loud to enjoy a meal. not very good for family or business.
