The room was comfortable.

It was a little outdated. Small pool and only two pieces of equipment in the workout room. Only 1 ice machine in the whole building. A little pricey for what you get.

Location Staff was excellent

This seemed like a hotel for young people to crash the weekend at; lots of partying; noise, etc. I have stayed at the Fairfield mostly when traveling but wanted a lower rate. Guess you get what you pay for. The Fairfield is excellent for business/adult travelers.

Convenient location, decent continental breakfast

Dirty rooms, cigarette burns in carpeting, heat did not work the first night, jacuzzi did not work, fire alarm went off in the middle of the second night due to a party in the banquet room with a smoke machine. Pool was small and cold. Said they had cribs, actually had pack & plays, and the one we got was quite dirty.

The carpets were dirty. The elevator was filthy and so was the rear exit. There was debris and dead flies all over the floor. The carpet in the 2nd floor was lumpy, like you were walking on something underneath. We had no towels in the room. When we called down for towels we were told, "i'll have to find out if there are some available". When I went down for towels the front desk clerk handed me some towels. The breakfast area the next morning was absolutely disgusting. All the tables were dirtly. The food area was filthy. The clean plates were soaking wet, we had to dry them with napkins to use them. The attendant was starting to put things away and we weren't even finished with our breakfast yet. When we asked for milk he said, "it's right on the cart behind you" with an attitude, like we were bothering him.

It was horrible. The entire hotel smelled musty. The grounds were filthy. The hallways were dirty.

There was nothing to recommend about this place. It was horrible. Please stay away. Sleeping in your car would be better than this place.

We booked online and called three times to guarantee our room reservations. When we arrived our name was not assigned to our room. We got "up-graded" to a disgusting king and spa room. There was garbage on the floors, a crack in the middle of the tub, the coffee pot looked like it had not been washed in years, the room did not come with all that was entailed on your website, all the gym equipment was broken except an ancient treadmill, etc. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. In my town a place like this would have been shut down, and I am from a small town in the Upper Peninsula. If you are to list room accomodations on your website then you should have enough for all the rooms. Your staff should not have to steal things like coffee pots and towels from other rooms to fill my room. Two words for your hotel: complete renovation.

The carpeting is old and dirty and the air conditional needs to be replaced with a quiet one.

Location for us was excellent. The Ramada was satisfactory in every way. We didn't have time to enjoy the workout room or the pool, but they were there for no extra charge. It was a good value for the money. Very satisfactory to us.

I was dissapointed in that the room was not clean. Bed was not made at all. After I saw that I left without evening checking out.

My reservation didn't go through online. No prob. They accommodated me at the online rate.

The vending machine was out of everything. Had to go out to a cvs to get kids something to drink. Not fun...

The soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent. You hear everything from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable.

Paint was peeling and the drywall was deteriorating in the breakfast area. The hallways and lobby reeked of curry or some similar odor. The garbage cans outside the building were overflowing with trash. The Indian guy at the desk when I checked in was pretty rude.
