I thought the hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Tampa. 4 star hotel in my book.

The dirtiest carper I have ever seen in room 333. I placed all the towels on the floor. I stepped from towel to towel when I was in the room. I will never go there again. How can they not know that the room needs cleaning. Maybe they save it for discount room reservations, I just don't understand how you can rent this room.

The lay out of the Hotel is good

check in was difficult-Front desk is not organized we had to tell them what our reservation was for, they had one night w double beds..??? the manager did recover but agent was not that helpful or friendly made keys for wrong room / cold pool/ dirty carpets in room// check out was...uneventful, again more unfriendly agents, didn't even ask how was our stay!

We only stayed for l night as we were schedule to sail on cruise ship the next day. Room was clean. showed some signs of wear.Was very adequate. would recommend for future stay.staff excellent,friendly,helpful.complimentary b'kfast very satisfactory.

Excellent staff. Efficient and helpful. Good location from airport and cruise port.

Must have had a room that was not upgraded. Wasn't very clean. The rug was filthy.........walked in bare feet and then into shower and footprints were black!!! One night ok for what we wanted but would not stay more than that.

This hotel was price friendly

The hotel looked cheap, no numbers on my door, needs paint in the hallways, and the elevator looks like there was a fire in it.

Very friendly and efficient check in,courteous and helpful in arranging airport shuttle.

The reception area was large, airy and inviting. The receptionist were very friendly and efficient and provided full details of the shuttles to the Airport and Port together with a local map so we could locate the malls which were within walking distance. The free breakfast buffet was excellent with a choice of cereal, pastries, yogurts, make your own waffles and various drinks. For those of you going on a cruise the local filling station next door had a supply of wines for $10 up. A little dearer than the supermarkets but certainly cheaper than on board

We had around a 30 minute wait at the airport for the shuttle and when it arrived it was virtually full so had to leave 2 guests to wait another 30 minutes for the next shuttle

noise from sportsbar late at nite..the shuttle that was supposed to show up at 4.30 am didn't show up until 5 am, and we almost missed our flite.

Nothing good value for price

Convenient because we had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service was excellent.

There were 2 bugs that we found. One was in the refrigerator and the other in the bathroom.

Close to the airport, much space in the rooms, bath.

The outside of the building, specially the open floors could use some maintainance. It gives the place a bit of a shabby atmosphere.

Charged the wrong credit card - charged the one we gave booking.com, not the one we gave them at check in.
