Many équipements seems somewhat old, including the fridge (noise inducing) and the ice-making machine in the hall, whose noice was such that it was disturbing in my bedroom.
well situated, close to a subway line and many restaurants, and Midway from most sights
- spacious rooms - good location
everything was great
Comfortable and clean close to metro
- no microwave
- Location - Price - Bed - Security Guard in the parking lot at night
The bedding was great and the location was great.
They ask $50 security deposit up front. Shower is old.
Internet service work with intervals
The hotel is somewhat old. The floor and room needs redecoration.
2 minutes walk from purple line metro station@wilshire cencer. From where you can go to hollywood and universal studio very conviniently. Surrounding the hotel you can find korea style supermarkets and restaurants.
Inside look ,no costumer service
From time to time the elevator is out of service.
Location, rate and staff.
There was an odd smell in the room every time we waked into the room even if we had left the fan on when we were gone. It was quite disturbing. And we had issues with our room keys and had to have them re-swiped to re-activate them 3 different times. The walls are also paper thin.
Great location. Always a parking spot.
Good location of the hotel, two blocks away from metro station and different bus routes connections close. The place is clean, comfortable beds and bathroom. I was traveling with my mom and my little brother which was kind of difficult for me to find a good place for this price, the neighborhood seemed secure. It really worth staying here if you are going to L.A to stay all day long in tourist places and get back to the hotel at night to sleep. Supermarkets like Ralphs and CVS close, and Korean restaurants all over the neighborhood which is good.
Good Price Convenient Location
I loved location, service, all the things. It worth the money. As we know this hotel is quite old but nice and clean!
Not good pillow Uncomfortable
The horrible construction noice above my room!!!
The room was very spacious and quiet.
ice machine in other building tv was difficult to operate bath tub/shower--bath mat bad fell down and hurt arm and leg
big room--suite clean-staff nice
Horrible front staff We were exteremely upset during our whole stay because of the horrible front staff, their rudness and stupidity
Horrible service of Front Staff. Two unprofessionaly trained front staff were horribly rude and stupid. Tried to complain the next day to the manager and he acted no better. Bathroom faucet had screaming sound when you turn on the water. No hot water for first 5min of running water. Also they charged me more after checkout. Becareful staying here or watch the bills.
bed was comfortable
um, can't think of anything!!!
Comfort of bed and size! Excellent
No coffee in the lobby. No pool. These things are minor when you consider the low price. So with that in mind, there was really nothing I could fault this property with.
Free parking on property.Clean rooms with all necessities.I had not expected such a nice place for the low price. There was a restaurant with breakfast priced reasonably, but I didn't make use of it. Furnishings showed age, but for the price my king-bed room had every basic need & was clean & served me well. A nice neighborhood in Korea Town near my son's apartment and fantastic restaurants! Was safe to walk alone at night. All in all, I believe this is LA's best kept secret.
Suiet didn't have microwave, had a situation with room when I booked the room it said couch turn into bed I went down stairs to let them know it didn't and the girl up front had attitude...and every time I would walk passed the desk n lobby they make me feel uncomfortable. ..
Maides were great.location was great too..my suiet was ok ..
