Ordinary room. Not a special resort. Wifi didn't work well. Kept cutting off. Breakfast is average.
Easy access to alot of shopping, restaurants.
Very dates, room was nice size but need some updated. We stayed over thanksgiving, felt staff should have had a list of restaurants that were open to give to guest. Motel sign was not easily seen from Road, I think there were trees in the way.
Breakfast included was very tasty with several selections.
Heater did not heat above 67 degrees; I like to be a little warmer at night.
The room was big and clean. The breakfast bar was great.
Had to wait to get into the room because the door would not open. It turns out the door was stuck to the frame because of the paint.
Clean tidy friendly what more could you want
Joseph....on front desk early a,m. Fabulous personality! Helpful and informative. Social hour and breakfast were very fine
I liked just about everything. The staff, the amenities, the location. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and the happy hour free drinks!!
Only slight negative. The location could do with an update. The furniture is dated and some of the décor a bit scuffed. But hey! everything performed as expected so no real complaints.
Breakfast was decent... close to a few restaurants
Broken down and tired. Couldn't see the bottom of the pool due to the algae. No poolside shade as ALL the umbrellas were broken.
Price, convenience, hot breakfast were all at the top.
We had a king suite but the couch did not make into a bed for our grandkids to visit.
The Free Breakfast Buffett was Very Good.. The lobby was nice, so were the Employees, the grounds were nice looking from a distance, but a closer look and you see a lot of wear and tear in the building stucco , paint and tiles..
The Spa and Pool area is in need of a lot of repair, cracked tiles around pool edge and cool deck needs to be repaired, missing light covers and rusty broken lights around pool area, the out door Spa was not working correctly, it seems that the jet nozzles were completely missing, the water was shooting straight up along the side of the spa, very uncomfortable to even to try to use. The Spa and pool surfaces need to be resurfaced , they had a patched up look to them.. The room was clean, the bathroom needed some drywall repair on the wall right next to the floor and tub area, the paint and drywall was bubbling up from moisture. The bed were some of the most uncomfortable that we have ever slept on, had to go lie down on the couch to sleep because the bed was terrible, please invest in some New Quality Beds..( Clean up the pool and Spa areas and get some New Quality Beds ) And you will bring this Property up to the Three Star Rating that you are claiming at this time...just thought you would like to know..(.We could of just stayed home and had a nicer pool and bed to sleep in...)
The parking is not near the room.
It is August in Tucson Az it is over 100 outside my air conditioner doesnt work.
to far from the 1 10
The abundant parking slots. The courtyard and the spa area. The location. The friendly and courteous staff. The free Wi-Fi in the room. The white appliances in the suites.
Too many kids in the spa area.
Great Lodging!!! Stayed for 3 nights. Had everything a traveler needs - cleanliness, polite staff, great breakfast, safety, good location, good rates, restaurants and shopping closeby.Would definitely stay here again.
Well located in Tucson, pretty clean, quiet. Excellent breakfast and free drinks for a social hour each evening. Staff was friendly.
Pool too cold for swimming and needed vacuuming.
Overall a good experience. Great breakfast RECIEVED a free room upgrade
Both my wife and myself have back problems and the bed was just way to firm for us but probably would not be an issue for someone healtjy
The pool and Jacuzzi were all we needed after a long drive. The restaurant next door served excellent food for our evening meal and the free buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent - just the job - would stay here again
no negative comments
wonderful breakfast and breakfast server. very helpful front desk person, Lupita.
The morning breakfast was great. I liked the hot breakfast options. The kitchen helper was most polite and helpful. I would come back to Ramada for a pleasant stay and its friendly staff.
Very nice room
honestly we loved everything about it
Good choices for breakfast
The door to the room that was given to us looked like someone had tried to break into the room prior to our getting it.The manager in charge came and looked at it and said that it probably happened when the room was empty and that they got no complaints as far as break-ins. No other room was offered to us. Thank God we were there only one night!
