Front desk service was great. Andy took time out to dismantle the room safe and replace the motor. He always had time for any questions or help. Swimming Pool small but deep enough and great for cooling off..

In the jr suite the tv could be in the sitting room. The wall mounted a/c very loud and fan setting didn't adjust.

layout, super short shower head, outdated TV, overprice, NO asthetic appeal, zombie staff, bed super uncomfortable, made me want to leave as fast as possible... all for $65 just because of proximity to the airport.

I liked thew kindness of the staff, which was very helpful, the cleanness of the hotel and the good maintenance of the room (#114), which was with one queen bed, but spacious.

The hotel was very quiet but the AC was very noisy.

dirty room seen cockroach no AC in one of the rooms and has given a room next to the front desk. I made the reservation 1 week before and when I arrive there was no regular room available.

In the bathroom was a 1.5 inch long cockroach/beetle. Room No 123. Very disapointing!

It was reasonably close to the airport.

I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle. I had expected that the shuttle would say Howard Johnson's on it. I had also expected that I would be able to get the shuttle back to the airport at any time the next day, with a reasonable amount of notice. Instead, it is a parking shuttle that detours to the hotel when there are guests. Also, from the hotel, it only runs once an hour.

The woman who checked us in was helpful. The motel was completely full and they had the room I had booked. It was late and we were very hungry when we arrived, the snack bar was good for a quick meal to tide us over.

Parking lot too small, got trapped in by an inconsiderate driver.

My husband left behind in the fridge his medication which the manager kept for us until I could arrange for its shipment.

I was charged for two rooms even though I only reserved one. The booking.com confirmation page shows one room, one night. That night upon checking in, the desk clerk surprised me with two room keys. After disputing the reservation, the desk clerk said she removed the second room from the bill. I was tired and didn't think to get a copy showing the reversal on the charge. When I arrived home, my charge card showed she did nothing. I now have to try to argue with the hotel to try to get the credit I am owed.

Did not get two double beds as I had paid. Room was old, smelled of urine and other unmentionable odors. Parking was horrendous, very hit or miss on whether you got a spot. Nothing nearby apart from a gas station.

I liked the place, phenoix is very nice. i would reccomend this place to friends and family. i hope i can go to phoenix again and stay longer but not now.

The proximity to the airport, free airport shuttle service as well as the friendly and helpful staff makes the stay enjoyable.

The convennience of parking our car for the week we were leaving town.

It was simple getting around.

I had to argue about the price I ws given by booking.com. He gave me the smallest room they had for the price and wanted more money. Was always arguing about it. I felt very uncomfortable. Even though the room was very very small it was nice.

The Continental breakfast was very limited.The coffee was weak and was not replenished.There were limited sweet rolls and fruit available. We ate at 8 a.m.and it was already ver limited as to what was available.

It was a totally adequate place to stay. Two of my children and grandchild were leaving on an early fight out of Phoenix to Hawaii and the motel was very suitable and close to the airport. The staff was very cordial and helpful in giving us directions to get to the airport. The accomodations were nice and clean. Thank you

The shuttle to the airport , it is a 24 hour shuttle and very prompt! The coffee in the morning is not bad. They have a little shop where you can buy something to drink or eat. The beds are awesome.

The hotel is worn out, the breakfast is very poorly ! The pool is worn out but it is a good size , the garden furniture totally worn out and repaired over and over again... Staff is helpful and cleaning ladies work really hard! Wake up calls, well I asked them twice at first and never got it , luckily I got the wake up call the day I left... Airconditioning sounds like a boeing flying over but it does the job! The room smelled muggy I think due to the airco. The paint was coming off in the shower. The neighbourhood is awful , I did not know since I am from Belgium. In total the hotel is outdated and needs to be taken care off better. Coffee maker did not work.
