It is close enough to the LAX airport and they really offer free phone calls from the room. Most of things including the specific location, the very high price, the view and the absence of any breakfast is quite depressing. |

i like the free internet... i was under the impression that there was supposed to be a free breakfast. which we did not get. and the confirmation email i got for my booking the cost was $83.something later i found out that i was charged an additional $10.00 for what i have no idea. |

It was absolutely irrevocably disgusting and I will never use booking.com or ramada ever again in my life! Such a disappointment! Everything, they advertised a pool, there was none, there was bugs in our hotel room, the manager on duty was rude and tried to charge me double what the quoted price was, not to mention it is practically in a ghetto! 8 blocks from Compton! There was mould on our bathroom ceiling, our coffee pot was broken and had bugs in it. We decided not to stay there after viewing the conditions. There was no way I was allowing my 3 children under 5 to be subjected to that filth! |

The bed was heavenly and the room was very clean. The airport transfer service was almost non-existant. You could only be picked up from the airport after 3:00p.m., and you could only be transferred back to airport before noon. We had booked a room for June 2 & 3,, departing the 4th. I mentioned that we would not be arriving until 7:00 a.m. of June 3 after an all night flight from Lima, Peru,. |

Did not like the location as there is nothing in the vicinity to do. The locality is quite rundwn and eating in the vicinity is fast food only, the hotel is fine for the price however. |

The hotel staff were helpful. It was much further from the airport than I expected and consequently was not part of the hotel complimentary shuttle service run by LA. So getting to the hotel from the airport cost $50. That extra money would have bought a hotel room much closer, in a much better hotel, that was part of the comlimentary shuttle system. |

We were traveling from Athens, Greece via JFK New York to LAX arriving there at midnight and needed a lay-over in LA before proceeding to Honolulu. Past good experience with Ramada Inns and an efficient shuttle service were important to our 7 hour connection. The courteous service provided by the shuttle drivers (from & to the airport) and the desk clerk at that late hour was exceptional. |

Nothing! Found the reception to be un helpful, told us to see manager in morning who was worse.worst place we stayed in 8 weeks of travelling. Couldn,t wait to get out of there. |
