Suite was very spacious. Upon check-out the receptionist asked 30$ per night more than agreed via booking.com.(149$ I.S.O.119$) I refused to pay this. It is yet too early to check my cc. Account to see what they really charged me. (I paid 100$ cash and the rest with cc. |

There were ants in the room, the fitness room was run down, TV did not work, shuttle wait at the airport was almost 1 hour |

Das Hotel ist eigentlich sanierungsbedürftig. Der Service an der Rezeption ist mässig. Der Zimmerservice war ok. Für das Internet wurde der Karte 3 Dollar belastet obwohl nur Errormeldungen auf dem Bildschirm erschienen. Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten dürfte besser sein. Es ist mir unverständlich dass bei der Buchung am 21.3.08 116.75 Fr. abgebucht wurden. Bei der Barzahlung wurde dieser Betrag nicht in Abzug gebracht. Da meine Kreditkarte nicht funktionierte hat meine Freundin M. Leuenberger den Rechnungsbetrag mit Reiseschecks bezahlt. Wie wir zuhause merkten war der anbezahlte Betrag nicht abgezogen. ???? |
