The staff was very helpful and friendly. On their website it's said that all rooms had river view, we were given a room overlooking a parking space, after we complained they told us they had a room with river view but they would have to charge us $30 more per night. Also the subway station was to far away. |

Good value for the price. Clean hotel, nice peronnel. Pretty far from the subway (10-15 minutes walk) and location is not on very nice area. No possibility for proper breakfast at the hotel (some goods for sale though). |

design and interior of hotel is beautiful. the roof terras is also great. although the view is ruined because of the powerplat in front of the hotel. staff is lazy a uninterested. there is no proper breakfast or diner possibilities in the hotel. just a simpel shop with sandwiches and tea. prices of food are outragious, because there is no room to enjoy the food and the personnel needs to be hailed in order to help you. distance to nearest subway is 10min walk. neighbourhood is unsafe for single women. no good price-value |

Convenience to Manhattan, access to public tranportation, free parking!, Rooms were nice - contrary to some reviews, staff was courteous and helpful Reservation price quote on line differed with hotel charges (had to negociate down to quoted price - all were happy in the end) |
