Convenient to the airport and I had to leave for my flight at 4:30am. The room was clean and comfortable.
The hallways smelled of Marijuana. The staff was not warm and inviting. They seemed bored with their jobs. The hotel common areas including the halls are dated, dark and dismal.
Room was quiet.
Almost nothing with protein. Very skimpy choices.
Super Value/cleanliness/ hospitable
Beds are HARD, pillows were flat and hard. Terrible night's sleep.
Bad checking in, sour attitudes, electricity went out and they were not helpful
We enjoyed staying at a facility that offered the sleep park sand fly option. Made things very convenient with their shuttle service, too.
There were several people staying that needed the first shuttle of the day run to the airport. It was snowy and icy that morning. It would have been nice if the staff had started and warmed up the shuttle while we were all waiting for the first run of the day. It was COLD!
Close to airport
Bed was comfortable and the room was warm when Morrisville had the coldest overnight temperatures on record! Also a very nice Cuban restaurant with a bar is 100 feet away.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the airport and is surrounded by restaurants and a gas station. The rooms are always crystal clear and have all of the basic needs. Water is hot and towels are fresh. The bed is ultra comfortable. It is a great no frills value for your money. The staff is always friendly.
I liked being close to the airport during inclement weather and not worrying about driving from Fuquay Varina on black ice in the early AM to catch my flight.
I thought the girls in the morning (desk and shuttle) to airport could have at least smiled. They acted like they were being bothered.
I called and asked if they had a roll-in shower, they said yes. I arrived, they didn't nor was I given a stool to sit on!
The location is only a mile from the airport and their is a great restaurant next door. The staff is friendly
The bed it's the most comfortable but on a scale from 1-10 I'll rate it a 5.
The room took very long to heat up
Ladies cleaning rooms were very nice. Once I got the attention of the front desk receptionist he was efficient. With the exception of cigarette smoke odor, the room was clean.
When I came to front desk, I was completely ignored by receptionist. He was talking to another motel employee about a person who had medical problems. He turned and saw me as I walked in the door and immediately turned back to the staff person to continue talking about the medical problems for at least 3-4 minutes before checking me in. I understand the medical problems involved another employee of the hotel, however it was very unprofessional and inappropriate to continue to talk about it in front of a customer for obvious reasons. Also, a wall in the room covered with mirrors?? On top of being a very unnecessary expense, it makes me question motives. Hallway and room smelled like cigarette smoke.
The room was an average hotel room. Bed. Tv. Phone. Bathroom. I've staying in better and much worse but this is Perfect for my short stay. Over all good experience.
The staff at this hotel were extremely non-personal. No greetings nor exchanges of ANY sort as guests passed the desk. My wife went to get some juice prior to bed and was told that it wasn't permissible even though it was accessible right on the counter. It made a pleasurable visit into an experience that we would not recommend to anyone, let alone repeat ourselves. A major disappointment by any measure that hinged entirely on a second or third rate staff. POOR! Flavored creamer was denied even though the staff person literally had it in her hand! You saved pennies at the expense of future dollars that would have been spent on return visits and/or recommendations. Other guests in my family even called a cab for transport to airport for fear of an inadequate staff that would be incompetent in getting them there on time! NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS GROUP!
Convenient to the airport and a good place to spend a night if necessary. Breakfast is free.
No soap in bathroom......mattress is a bit soft for me .....room had a musty smell......air condItioning okay.......breakfast is fair with below average coffee! Overall it's a good enough place to rest overnight before or after a flight.
Rude staff, uncomfortable bed, inconvenient/unreliable shuttle service, poor computer services, barely edible breakfast, non-existent water pressure in showers.
Close to I-40 and lots of food choices.
Heard the planes a little more than expected but not too bad.
Good option if all you need is a bed to sleep near the airport
Excellent price x quality.
The breakfast does not have many options. Besides, the hotel does not have a "late check-out" option, which was bad for me and my wife as check-out was @ 12:00 and our flight was schedule for 18:00.
It's close to RDU, an outlet mall, and a mess of chain restaurants. (If you want something more interesting to eat, drive downtown if you can.) The rooms are basically like dorm rooms but with their own bathrooms. Had a table and chair, nice little bench overlooking the parking lot, bed... Not sure what else I'd need in a hotel.
On a Sunday, vegetarian/vegan food was a challenge to find nearby. Luckily, we still had our rental car so we drove downtown and found awesome veggie rolls at a Japanese joint. If we'd have been stuck ordering in/walking/cabbing, we'd have been eating Lara Bars out of my luggage.
It's quiet place and it's in a good neighborhood. Walking in the room I felt comfortable...
The breakfast wasn't what I expected. The cereal dispenser wasn't good quality. In fact, the cereal wouldn't even come out. The bagels were the only thing that was good. I see why it was "free". My pillow had a stain on it when I arrived. Yuck.!
Close to airport with an excellent shuttle service. The park and fly is a great value. Nothing wrong with this hotel, just very basic with no frills.
Clean but very basic room and bedding. Pillows were very flat.
