Older motel need updating but for the price about what I was expecting.
Sheets were worn with a little hole in it .Needed new sheets
There was no cold water in the sink.
It had three beds for three traveling motorcyclists. That's about it.
Old, rundown, migrant workers living there, stains on carpets, smoky smell in room, etc.
Short distance to everything I could need as well as the attractions my family and I went to see.
For the price per night, you would think the wifi would not be so expensice to use. Only part of the wifi that was free were the first 5 minutes and you had to pay for additional usage.
Parking lot was in terrible shape!!!! I give this motel a failing grade!!!! Oh poor lighting in room also!!
Flat pillows, plastic on the beds (every time you moved it crinkles), needed some updating.
You get what you pay for, cheap
It was a decent location
I was charged more for my room than the people I was with they all received a discount.my rooms bathroom smelled like urine, the bed had a large stain on the side of the mattress, the showerhead just dribbled a fine mist and could not be adjusted
Room was filthy, pool has be unusable for years, bedding had rips. By far the worst place I've ever stayed at. Would have been better off sleeping in the car
Pool not usable
I liked that it was walking distance to everything we needed to access in town. The price was great! The unit was not ultra modern, but it was clean and quiet. I loved the kitchen and being able to make quick snacks for everyone.
I did not like the fact that I forgot to bring pots and pans for cooking. The only thing the kitchen lacked otherwise was a microwave and a coffeemaker.
Nothing. Felt unclean and unsafe.
Shabby condition, plastic liners on mattresses, beer can on our windowsill, loud neighbors, dingy lighting, worn bed covers
It was clean and located close to the graduation site
bath needed an update,badly
We were very near Univ, very convenient
Mattresses were not good
The office staff was very efficient and helpful with directions, etc.
The outside railings and bannisters and stairs were in very poor condition and caused splinters when using the handrails. The water faucets were hard to regulate the temp. and would not turn off completely.
We felt the motel was nice and clean and very affordable. We have no complaints. I would be happy to stay again in the future. We appreciated the coffee mach. Refrigerator. Microwave. iron everything we needed.
It has a great location. Perhaps because they knew what we were about to endure, they reduced the price without a request from us because so few were there on a cold weekend.
Where do I start? It was difficult to open and close the door, the faucets leaked, there was no WIFI, the heat didn't come on until after dark, the free VCR movies were useless because the VCR didn't work. The Inn is old and not well maintained. The ad mentioned free breakfast, but I had to request coffee for the coffee maker in the room. There was nothing else. The first remote for the TV didn't work, so I had to request another one.
The location was good
The beds were very stiff with no padding, pillows were flat
I liked the price because of a funeral we attended.
toilet seat was broken, it rained and ran down wall and mold where it has ran down in the past. The heat/AC had no directional vents they were missing, the mattress, someone threw up on it and they just wiped it off, they did NOT clean it. the heat lights you use when you take a shower, neither worked, so it was cold. I do have pictures of the problems.
cigarette ashes and butts on floor in non smoking room. Second bedroom was a joke, it was the so called kitchenette. Bathroom faucet was broken. Would not recommend at all.
Good location, friendly staff, excellent price
Beds were uncomfortable
This place is in such a bad shape! It looks bad outside and inside. The stone wall around the sign is broken up in pieces and the letters on the sign are all crooked. The walls in the room are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, there is an overall feeling of old and dirty in the room. The only sink is in the bathroom and there is no place to wash hands if someone is in the bathroom. The sink has a makeshift cabinet that does not open and there is a piece of plywood nailed to where the door should be. There were no cloth hangers in the closet. The price is way too high for such a poor place.
Location, I was able to obtain 3 full size beds for our family.
Virtually everything. The building was extremely run-down and in desperate need of major repairs. The room was dirty & filthy. The carpet and walls and ceilings were dirty and stained, there were cracks in the ceilings, the sheets and bedspreads were full of holes and dirty and hair was found on the sheets, the pillows and mattresses were dirty and stained, there was an open drink can on the dresser when we arrived, the bathtub had hair in it, the stove was just disgusting, the refrigerator did work but was in horrible condition, the room really never got warm despite our adjustment to the thermostat. Basically, if we had not already paid and it had not been so late and we had not been so tired, we would have driven back home that night. We would have gone to another hotel/motel if we would have had the money to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never stay there again. Very disappointing.
It was convenient.
Where to start? Either hot or cold from facets no in-between (when they worked), the 'soap' was just a tiny sliver, not even enough to use for a bath/shower, heater so loud you couldn't hear, we borrowed a space heater, horrible 'kitchen' if you could call it a kitchen. No ice in their ice machines, told us we could go across the street and get a bag for $2. We actually bought blankets to wrap up in instead of sleeping on the sheets (the mattresses were incased in noisy plastic). You should not even have this motel listed on your booking site. I travel a lot, and this was, by far, my worst experience ever. Only motel available that was convenient to graduating student. Seriously folks do not stay in this motel...even if you have to stay miles away from Boone!!
This place was loud all night long, appeared to be in a bad part of town. There was not enough parking for all of the people staying in the hotel. The place was FILTY! I would have rather paid double and stayed somewhere else than to EVER stay at this DUMP again!!!
