Hôtel très excentré de la ville, pas de moyen de transport pour rentré a l'hôtel, 1h30 de marche de nuit !!!! Hôtel sans transfert avec l'aéroport.

Proche de new york 30 min en bus

La lumiere s'allumet seul dans la nuit Assez épeurent quand meme , alor passer une nuit blanche . :(

Une situation mediocre ,laisse a desirer. Au bord d'une route principale des camions poids lourds. Je n'ai pas dormir de la nuit.

Situé près de Manhattan.

Les photos publiées sur Booking.com ne reflètent pas la chambre. Tapis du plancher sale, air climatisé très bruyant, peu insonorisé, déjeuner inclus qui ne comprend que des muffins pâteux et des Corn Flakes. J'y ai passe moins de 12 heures et je n'aurais pas passé plus de temps à cet endroit.

Ne trouvant pas d'hôtel sur Manhattan à des prix raisonnables, nous avons trouvé celui-ci dans Jersey City (périphérie). Subway (train) disponible sur journal square (15min à pied depuis l'hotel) pour rejoindre le centre de Manhattan : finalement assez rapide/pratique vu la distance de l'hôtel par rapport à NYC.

Personnel antipathique, qualité de la chambre laissant à désirer pour le prix, lampes cassées, tâches plafond... Nous avons pu lire des commentaires d'anciens clients qui s'étaient fait voler des affaires personnelles dans les chambres, pour notre part pas de problème mais vu le quartier où se situe l'hôtel et l'atmosphère qui y règne je conseille de prendre avec vous vos affaires de valeurs et de ne pas les laisser dans la chambre. Le personnel ne vous prêtant attention qu'à la remise des clés, ne pas comptez sur eux pour les conseils pratiques!

Close to the road, street nosie kept me awake all night, bad area and this is the 2nd and last time I stay in a Travel Lodge

First of all they did not respect the conditions indicated in booking.com. They took the amount of one night from my credit card 5 days before my arrival but the booking conditions were different, I could pay at the end and also using another card or cash. we called, then they put the money back in my account. one day before my arrival they took again the money from my account but this time for all the night (4 nights), this time they did not put the money back...they said that because of all the requests they have to be sure that we were going to stay there...not fair according to booking conditions!! the room was big and with two qeen beds but not so clean. after seen the situation of the breakfast, we didn't have any...we just went to eat somewhere else. The day that we left the hotel the guy at the reception called for us a taxi...after 15 minutes arrived a "not regular cab", the taxi driver went to speak to the guy but I realized that it was not a good situation and we left without taking that cab. the price was really too high for that place, considering that in order to arrive to take the train for manhattan it takes 20 minutes walking and after a day around new york those 20 minutes are really too much. and also the area is not so safe during the night. but during the new year's day that one was a "normal price".

Draft under the entry door. Could see light! a good 1/4 gap. Making it east for bugs & pest to enter the room. Remote control on tv only worked part of the time even after I had front dest look at it. Front cover for the ac kept falling off. Happen in the middle of the night waking me up, so I just left it off till I was ready to check out. on a scale of 1-10 I would rate my stay a 3!

It's close to New York City.

absolutely nothing, very dangerous staircase, I fell trying to carry my luggage up it and was given no help from the hotel staff even though they saw me fall. There was no close public transport, no close restaurants, no dining at hotel. Very dirty area . Definately would have asked for a refund if booking would have allowed, will not book through your company again if this is the type of hotel you put people into.

The staff is terribly unkind. They ask for more money once you arrive in the hostel. They don't speak a good English. They help you in a bad way to reach the public transportation.

Not far from NYC. My husband loved the coffee machine in the lobby. They kindly let us park our car there all day after we checked out.

No cable. Super firm bed. Poor lighting.

Terrible stuff, the manager is asshole, most of the stuff even can not speak English. In reception they can't help you in any question. They don't care about their guests at all. Location is horrible, very far away from New York City. We don't recommend this hotel for any kind of guests.

Nothing special about this hotel.

I have made a wrong choice by selecting this hotel. This hotel is off the way from the city. The bus stop is far from the hotel where you have to walk about 10 minutes plus another 30 minutes to the city. The room is not really clean, i.e. the pillows are with patches of dark brown color. May be they are clean...???.(not sure..!!). The breakfast is too simple, with coffee, cereal & muffins. The location?... it is very noisy...

Nothing really oh except the dunckin donuts next door the little diner on the corner and the exciting little bar arcross the street from the diner. The hotel was horrible.

To much construction on Tonnelle Ave and you could only go right out of the hotel. We did not feel like we could walk to any restaurants or shops. Was not the best location.

Dirty, unconfortable, incompetent staff, one day I woke up at 11 and they didn't clean the room, location horrible, and even if NY is 30 minutes far the taxi cost $55 and where is located the hotel there is nothing! Really bad experience, the first in my life.

It's near a busy street, so it was a bit loud in the room day and night.

The staff are very nice

Since it's right off a main road, it's too noisy at night. It does not smell good either.

Staff were nice. Since we stayed for 3 days, our room was cleaned everyday without asking. Staff's are really friendly and they help in anyways they can. Only thing is we wanted to explore newyork and we dint know jersey city is other state from new york, and getting into red carpet in from newyork is a nightmare specially when you dont have your own transportation. Though its only 12 miles from new york taxis wont run on meter. You have to pay flat 50$ per trip from newyork . so we ended up in taking subway which costs us 4$(2 ppl) and from new jersey subway to hotel taxi fare is 6$. over all it was nice, and would stay there again if we take our own car. Good value for money

Nothing to mention. Good value for money. Breakfast is ok ok types. But staffs were friendly and nice
