Red Carpet Inn Medford  

This is my first trip to US. I Impressed with the support provided by hotel people here.

staff was great, rooms clean, good rates, comfortable beds

Very quiet, close to every thing, comfy beds.

Smelled a little, no coffee pot. no one at the front desk for awhile when we tried to leave.

the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Bed was VERY comfortable for a hotel. Soft towels.

trouble with our first room with toilet that wouldnt flush and a sink that was leaking so bad it filled the entire trash can. Got moved to a new room half the size that smelled like cheap perfume the whole stay. "Breakfast" offered consisted of bread and two types of cereal.

I drive from Seattle to Chico to Seattle several times a year. I usually make it in one day but being 5 months Prego got the best of me. I didn't plan to stay in hotel and my money was tight. I was also concerned with safety and cleanliness. But after researching for rooms I decided to try The Red Carpet. Much to my surprise with the prices I paid the room was much nicer than I could have imagined. Clean, lots of space, comfy couch, fridge, long mirror. Great place to stay if I need to again. Especially with unexpected weather conditions.

Given the price we did not expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. The room was much larger than we expected, it was spacious enough for our family of five (we have three small children). It was clean, and tastefully done. We were only staying in town for my husband to catch an early morning flight, which the owner "shuttled" him to at five in the morning. So nice! The breakfast seemed adequate, we didn't partake, and there was a delightful aroma wafting from the restaurant in the parking lot. This is obviously a family run establishment, one in which they seem to take pride in. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone needing a room in Medford.

The room was wonderful.Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, quiet.Loved it.

The continental breakfast is a joke.We ate elsewhere.

Value for money. Basic but clean.

Only stayed one night, and they were very accommodating about getting us to the airport at 5 a.m..

The motel is old fashioned looking from the outside but it was clean and fresh in the inside.

No coffee pot in the room.

We stopped ate Thursday night and left early Friday morning. Just to sleep before driving on to San Francisco. The room was large, beds weren't super comfortable. But we weren't needing more than a quick stop over

Actually the stay was very under adverage.. False advertisement for the kitchenette...was excepting stove top,sink etc.. Might want to re word that and make it read microwave and small fridge available .There was No coffee pot. No ice bucket.. No bible and breakfast should be advertised as continental breakfast. Soda machine was not stocked ... Took our money yet no bottle water. No pen or paper to write on. Very very Cheap soap and shampoo.

A decent place to rest your head for a night - very basic accomodation.

We were able to check in at 3am.

Our reservation said we would get a king bed but we only got a queen bed. Very little water pressure in the shower. Shower difficult to figure out.

The room was clean. I checked the mattress for signs of bed bugs and found the mattress to be clean and free of bed bugs.

There was no soap, or facial tissue in the room. When I asked for soap I was given one small bar for both my wife and me. The room smelled a little musty. I asked for an air freshener and was given some carpet fresh. The complementary breakfast was meager. The cereal tasted stale and the sugar substitute was caked in the packaging. There was no fruit or baked goods, just cereal, milk, orange juice, and tea, or coffee.

Office staff person (a woman) very helpful. Asked to change rooms as the room, although non-smoking, smelled as though someone has smooked in it. The change was readily made. For the price of the hotel, the facilities were in very good repair and clean. Location is a bit off the main interstate; slightly inconvenient, but easy to locate.

Good value for your money. Older but very clean and staff very friendly.

The price was great. Also the proximity to the Ginger Rodgers Theatre.

No soap in room, but front desk person happily obliged. A few missed candy wrappers, but otherwise the room was fine.

Not much! I did appreciate that when we took the very stained pillow and pillowcase to the office and showed them, they did give us $10 back on what we paid for the one night we stayed.

The owners were arguing outside our room in the morning when we got up and then we found ants in the room and I dropped something on the floor and found that there was some trash under the bed, so it wasn't clean. The top of the frig and the desk and microwave were dusty....and the table was dirty when we went to eat.
