I book a deluxe king size room. They have no deluxe king size rooms. The heater sounded like a plane was flying in the room

The place was dirty they had no toilet tissue in the restroom no towels the cable didn't work and when I went to the front desk to ask him for the stuff that was missing and to also infom him that the cable didn't work he got upset with that being said I will never in a million years go back to that place nor would I recommend anyone to stay there

It was shabby and needed cleaning. The curtains didn't cover the windows and the mattress in the living area was disgusting!

Bed was comfortable, room was old but clean, they moved us promptly from the smoky non-smoking room assigned to us into a larger room,

located on the industrial edge of a pretty town, the motel is old and tired, the door didn't double bolt, the first room we were put in was a non-smoker but smelled of recent cigar,

Could use a specific Single only/Off season/2-nite special--series of discounts. Single rate of plus $55.00 is high due to out-of-the-way location.

Was looking for a place to sleep before an athletic event in the area and this facility fit the bill. Price was reasonable and I was not looking for a bunch of amenities I would not be using. Arrived after dinner and found a comfortable bed, hot shower and a TV. Simple but more than adequate.

The low rate. Bathroom was clean.

Poor room prep, e.g., less than half a roll of toilet paper on holder and no other roll in the room; half-used bottle of shampoo in shower and no other toiletries provided; only one drinking cup; found, between the wall and nightstand, a Gatorade bottle with cigarette butts in it (in non-smoking room).

Very simple, clean, great location very plesent staff and very friendly team

From iits web site it does not apear such a simple motel. The Booking site its apear a hgher level motel.

Quiet and spacious room, king size bed, good bath soap and new towels. Bathroom needs cloth floormat, not just a piece of paper floormat. Have been staying there twice during the past year and Booking.com advertised complimentary breakfast while in reality there are no breakfast.

Heater was broken.no one told me about where the continental breakfast was. No one in office at 9:30 Am to answer questios. Office personnel coulfd hardly speak English and had a hard time understanding me. No one in office to leave key with when I left, rang bell several times.Non- smoking room smelled of smoke.Not a good experience .

The three of us who stayed all went in to the office at different times and did not like the attitude of the attendant. He was very rude and angry. It got o a point to where I wanted to come through the window and I do not have a criminal record nor been arrested. There was no for him to speak to me the way he did especially when I called him sir and use please. To me that is unacceptable for a business. Because if I seen him out on the street I would have to snuff him just for the unwarranted attitude. I did nothing wrong. Never raised my voice or anything. It's a shame. He made me feel that way on first impression your establishment. I will not be renting when there are any other events at the Connecticut sports arena

You had to ask for new towels. They only clean your room every two days. Towels were black stained. Staff look like runaway convics! No joke. Go look for yourself. Did not have my reservation! My daughters either after booking the night before! What fo you think!

Service poor, rooms horrible, bathroom disgusting, beds at least 20 years old. Would never stay there again.
