Everything about the room and location was perfect.
They had people that kept knocking on the door. They kept disturbing us.
Breakfast, service, staff(Brett)and everyone, cleanliness, the staff helped in every way, even with things that are not required. Excellent customer service
No pool, huge cockroach/water bug in the bathtub, and spider in the sink.
Staff was great and very accomodating. Room and bed very comfortable.
The outside appearance left a lot to be desired! Looked like trailer park trash atmosphere. Would have never just stopped in from passing by. Only stayed based on info that was provided by Booking.com.
Good price, front desk guy was pretty good.
Our non smoking room stank of stale smoke. Cleaning staff left door ajar all day and evening.
Though it states children 12 and younger free, we were still charge $30 for an additional. This was done without credit card approval..!!
Room was not bad at all we expected something cheesy but to our surprise it wasnt bad for a overnight stay if I didnt have reservation some where else probably would have stayed longer
Location wasn't greatest felt a little unsecure but place is fenced in just wouldn't go out into street after dark but overall not bad
The manager was really excellent. Staff were very nice. Bus stop to city was close by.
The staff was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer any questions and tell you about the history of New Orleans and location and directions of great places to visit. Close to a store that has awesome fried chicken and euros. I would stay again.
The carpet had stains on it and needs a professional cleaning.
the rooms were dirty
The manager was very nice and gave us a "cool" room. It was 1st floor and parking right outside the door. Not a good area not a place a single Mom should be with her 21 yr old but the gate locks at 930 and you need your room key to get in
NO WIFI terrible they offered their office but it was torrential rain so why carry a computer through the rain Located in the "hood" behind a gas station/liquor store scary.
Unwashed charged a different higher amount at check in the room was missing multiple things such as the coffee pot and tv remote. The cleaning staff came in and cleaned the room but didn't take the trash out of the cans nor did the replace the towels. I had to clean the bath tub. Frankly had there been an vacancy avalible elsewhere I would of left. They charged me 14.75% tax tax is not that high there my bill was supposed to be 118 it they charged me 157.
We loved the way the room was set up and the designs.
You need a better breakfast. Was not a good continental breakfast. Needs more of a selection of foods(is: waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, deviled eggs).
The price was good
To far from everything
It was a place to sleep
Room smelled like bathroom. Room was extremely hot took to long to get cooled down to be able to sleep... I had reservation should be cooling room for our arrival. Room needs to have a deep cleaning.
One of the most disgusting places I have been to.
I like the price of the room, and I like that you offer breakfast & coffee.
the room smells funny and the carpet was dirty.
Spend $5 more and get yourself a motel 6... The floors were gross, the bed sheets were discusting, the breakfast was a joke. We arrived too late to cancel and regret ordering this room!
Holes in bed spread stains on the floor
It was a short drive into downtown New Orleans and king size bed
The guy at the counter was a little creepy. The a/c until rattled loudly. I had to lean a tall lamp against it to keep it quiet. The shower was small and didn't have much pressure. There wasn't a remote for the tv. Slim pickings for breakfast.
It was quiet
The carpet was liftimf like itjad been qet at some point. there was a broken ironing board, broken clock, and the microwave smelled like something was burning when in use. I guess for New Orleans compared to other hotel prices it was what i paid for though.
I will stay there again
D manger don't remember who he check in n than say u not d person I check In u got pay. Also they take money off your. Card before u check In but when u get there they still charge full price
slow internet bad breakfast
Manager - Brett was extremely knowledgeable about bus lines and restaurants. He went out of his way to offer information.
They used flat sheets on the bed instead of fitted. I kept getting tangled up in them.
i did not like anything about this place. very disappointed should have read all the reviews.
everything. this place is awful i cant believe booking .com would recommend this place.
