The bed, microwave and mini fridge.
There was no wifi even though we got a password it didn't connect. The jacuzzi was in the room with the bed out in the open. It was way overpriced for what we got or should I say didn't get.
The big tub in the room.
The mattress was hard and the sheets felt like sand paper.
That I did not receive my money back on my card when I made reservation.
Bed comfy. Clean bathroom.
Carpet was dirty. The surrounding parking lot with the trailers was rundown and shabby. Area feels a little scary.
My room was nicely decorated: a stary sky over our bed!
No restaurants or shops around the hotel.
Room with a theme Beds very comfortable microwave/refrigerator Coffe in room Wifi worked great Quiet and peaceful Short distance to downtown
Air conditioner kept cutting off bathtub didn't have paper mat for safety
We booked a king suite with a jetted tub. The room was clean and they had the air on when we arrived so it wasn't hot. The back wall was painted nicely w/ a pleasant mural of outside. The ceiling was painted like the sky. When turned the lights off a black light lit up the ceiling with a pretty glow of a night sky complete with stars and a crescent moon. All painted. The tub was nice all jets worked. Room was over all clean and furniture matched. I also like how at night there is a gate that shuts non renters out. You use your room key to get in and out. The staff were really cool and pretty friendly. We had no problems checking in or anything.
The only thing I didn't care for was the hardness of the mattress. I am 36 weeks pregnant and this was killer on our bodies. The mattress was not old or worn out. Just very stiff. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't speak for that.
front desk was extremely helpful during a rough time, Room was clean and smelled wonderful, location is right on transit line
There is no pool. Website and signage needs to be updated.
Everything about the room and location was perfect.
They had people that kept knocking on the door. They kept disturbing us.
Breakfast, service, staff(Brett)and everyone, cleanliness, the staff helped in every way, even with things that are not required. Excellent customer service
No pool, huge cockroach/water bug in the bathtub, and spider in the sink.
Staff was great and very accomodating. Room and bed very comfortable.
The outside appearance left a lot to be desired! Looked like trailer park trash atmosphere. Would have never just stopped in from passing by. Only stayed based on info that was provided by Booking.com.
Good price, front desk guy was pretty good.
Our non smoking room stank of stale smoke. Cleaning staff left door ajar all day and evening.
Though it states children 12 and younger free, we were still charge $30 for an additional. This was done without credit card approval..!!
Room was not bad at all we expected something cheesy but to our surprise it wasnt bad for a overnight stay if I didnt have reservation some where else probably would have stayed longer
Location wasn't greatest felt a little unsecure but place is fenced in just wouldn't go out into street after dark but overall not bad
The manager was really excellent. Staff were very nice. Bus stop to city was close by.
The staff was very helpful and nice. Always ready to answer any questions and tell you about the history of New Orleans and location and directions of great places to visit. Close to a store that has awesome fried chicken and euros. I would stay again.
The carpet had stains on it and needs a professional cleaning.
the rooms were dirty
The manager was very nice and gave us a "cool" room. It was 1st floor and parking right outside the door. Not a good area not a place a single Mom should be with her 21 yr old but the gate locks at 930 and you need your room key to get in
NO WIFI terrible they offered their office but it was torrential rain so why carry a computer through the rain Located in the "hood" behind a gas station/liquor store scary.
Unwashed charged a different higher amount at check in the room was missing multiple things such as the coffee pot and tv remote. The cleaning staff came in and cleaned the room but didn't take the trash out of the cans nor did the replace the towels. I had to clean the bath tub. Frankly had there been an vacancy avalible elsewhere I would of left. They charged me 14.75% tax tax is not that high there my bill was supposed to be 118 it they charged me 157.
We loved the way the room was set up and the designs.
You need a better breakfast. Was not a good continental breakfast. Needs more of a selection of foods(is: waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, deviled eggs).
The price was good
To far from everything
It was a place to sleep
Room smelled like bathroom. Room was extremely hot took to long to get cooled down to be able to sleep... I had reservation should be cooling room for our arrival. Room needs to have a deep cleaning.
One of the most disgusting places I have been to.
I like the price of the room, and I like that you offer breakfast & coffee.
the room smells funny and the carpet was dirty.
Spend $5 more and get yourself a motel 6... The floors were gross, the bed sheets were discusting, the breakfast was a joke. We arrived too late to cancel and regret ordering this room!
