Right next to subway line. The room seemed quite sound proof. Staff helpful.

Early check in.

The room was not up to standards. The bathroom was dirty. Noisy with the maid cleaning early in the morning. Tv did not work.

Could not connect to WiFi ..

Room quiet and very clean. Towels, soap, desk, TV and Iron table in the room. Very very close to the train station, perfect if your plans are to visit New York.

Woke up at 9:30 by the cleaners to ask if they can clean the room while the check out is at 11:00 !

We receive a phone call at 3h30 am while we were sleeping last sunday night (25/02/2013). That was a scam and the guy on the phone tell us that he was the manager and he lost our booking and we have to give him all the informations again. He asked us our credit cart number and adress and everything... We didn't gave to him, it's was really creepy. When we went downstair to check with the real manager, he couldn't even understand what I was trying to say, my english is not perfect but still.. So, for our protection , what we had is a little mexican guy who don't understand english. Then, the phone rang in every other rooms, those guy call everyone in the motel. How the manager couldn't filter those phone calls... My girlfriend was really scared so we left at 4 am instead of 11am. I really didn't appreciated this motel, it's not safe.

The room was cold at first but warmed up within 1/2 hr . No cable or wi-fi , other then that every thing was good

location 20 min to cbd metro right at motel $120 per night is very good price

breakfast coffee and roll incl in price but you go to shop opp and get pancakes and coffee for 3.50 very good for price and you get other breakfasts as well

Location. Real Brooklyn Feeling. Nice stuff.

First the surroundings a little bit frightening, but you can get to used to it soon. This is not Manhattan.

Friendly staff. Great price. Convenient subway access into Manhattan.

Kinda noisy, but that's what you expect in the city. Got a bus stop next door and a subway below. I guess that's convienient. Car parking is at a premium.

clean bathroom, location (one block from metro)

poor quality mattress (plastic or something that was making noice at every move), holes after cigarette burns in covers, black mold on ceiling, I asked for additional towel and was refused. Not enough parking space ( im 6 months pergnant and was told to park off street at 1am), 2 TV`s in the room but no remote control.

The location is perfect! Just at the subway station and 20min away from manhatten..... Safe neigbourhood and very clean hotel.

Value for money; great location - subway station across the street; friendly staff.

Creaky bed sheets made of strange plastic fabric; repetitive breakfast - only glazed donuts every day is quite boring and limited choice - personally I did not mind, however some people may dislike that;

I was late to book a hotel therefore everything was sold out. The hotel was by the Halsey stop. It takes 20min to get to AV6. The toilet was the best part of the room. It was clean and renovated.

es una pena, yo elegi por el precio, pero pensé que era un mejor lugar tenia cucarachas, además no me limpiaron el cuarto, venian parejas a por horas y a pasar la noche, no es un Hotel es un Motel. Pero como no paraba aho sólo venía a dormir. Pero fue muy incomodo

It was the cheapest i found, ok room. but ac smelled like urine coming out of it. staff was nice.

I had a bad feeling about this hotel when I was reading other reviews, but it proved to be the whole lot of different experience there. We didn't have any problems during our stay - the staff was friendly, the room was cleaned every day (even though it was weekend), towels were changed too (although they aren't in their best shape). Breakfast is nothing fancy, but it's enough to settle your stomach in the morning. Other than that, we didn't need much from the hotel, since we were going out to the city in the morning and coming back after dinner. Subway station is 30 seconds away.

Wifi is hard to connect in the evening, but if you tell that to the staff, they reset it and you can connect again. Location seems a bit shady in the dark, but since subway and parking are close, you don't need to be there long before you reach the hotel.
